VIP DESIGN HOUSE!!! private pool big backyard

The house was clean and the layout was perfect for us and our dog. The neighborhood was quiet and near a park with nice walking trails.

Host was very communicative.House was amazing.Beds were awesome.Lots of fun things to do.And plenty of room for people to get away on their own.Great layout will be staying there again.

We really enjoyed our stay! I especially appreciate they had a pack n play for our baby. Too cold to swim but the kids really enjoyed the play area. There was enough beds and space for 7 of us and two dogs. Host was responsive before, during and after our stay. Very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax when you need a break from the Las Vegas lights, it’s a great place to chill with the family. Look forward to visiting again on the next family vacation.

We brought our dogs and adult children on this trip and it had space for everyone. We appreciated that it was clean and had everything we’d need including a washer and dryer.

Host stayed in contact before, during, and after visit. 20 minutes to the strip (with no traffic) but local casinos/restaurants/stores/waterpark nearby. Property in and out was clean. (Bring your own Lysol if you’re the anxious type.) Many different areas to lounge throughout the house. Backyard was wonderful for kids of all ages. Ran to Walmart to get safety equipment for non-swimmers. Neighbors kept to themselves. Was a pleasant getaway for group of six. Just what we needed.

The home was just as described, well maintained and clean. Had everything we needed for our stay the location was great. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Henderson! The house fit our needs for the way our two families (group of 10) came together for an Out West Spring Break. Kids loved the backyard! Host was very prompt in responding to our needs and receptive of our feedback of how to accommodate future guests. House was as described: updated kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring. Curb appeal as well! We would definitely stay again with this host.

We stayed for a lacrosse tournament. House was 5 minutes from fields. Very convenient.

Not at all like the listing appeared. Sleeps 12 no way. Filthy carpets, showers, couches were dirty. Pool was falling apart and dirty. Was not told someone was going to show up in back yard to clean pool. Kids climbing toy was falling apart. Had two slot machines that were not to be touched and an old gumball machine that was dirty and full of dust.

This place was excellent and very convenient. About 15 mins from New Vegas and Old Vegas. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very cool place. Will def stay again in the future.

Stayed 4 nights for a visit with our kids and grand kids who live in an apartment nearby. Was great to be able to spread out and have the toddler swing and enjoy the pool!

My wife, toddler, and I enjoyed our 4 nights stay at this Henderson property a few blocks away from Boulder Hwy. There is a nice park (Wells Park) just a few minutes walk away with: walking paths, picnic areas, playgrounds, basketball courts, and even a splash pad and pool. The location provides easy access to downtown Henderson/Water District and nearby Lake Las Vegas. The neighborhood appears to be a little older than the numerous new communities recently built or currently being built nearby. The house itself was clean and in relatively good shape with most amenities one would need. My toddler particularly enjoyed the above-ground pool, play set, and trampoline.

The host was helpful, kind & responsive & had blankets delivered the day we checked in (when there weren't enough.).There is no King bed. Furniture was adequate.

My family of 5 loved our stay here. There was a great private backyard with a pool, trampoline & swing-set over turf. Rooms were cozy, the beds were firm & pillows kind of flat so if that’s something that is a priority for you, maybe bring your own comfort in pillows/blankets. Living & bathroom areas did the job for a family of 5!

My host Shawn was very friendly and professional, the hose was spotless clean and very roomy, everything we needed was in the hose , I recommend this house to everyone, I will always book my stay with Shawn because he took time to take care of us with everything we needed it was a blessing to gave Shawn and this property to stay . Thank you Shawn and Verbo .

Overall the place was very nice, it was clean, the outdoor area was pretty nice,quiet neighborhood, pool was refreshing but on the play equipment the sunshade was dry rotted, the cut 2×4s around pool and spikes sticking up holding trampoline was dangerous for the kids, also it was quite disappointing that in the comments it said there was a king bed(there isn't) as well as 2 sofa beds(there isn't)there was a roll away bed but trying to sleep 12 was challenging and frustrating especially since I had to pay for extra guests, I would definitely stay here again if I didn't have as large of a group with kids. This is in no way meant to be a bad review if the items I mentioned were fixed it will be fabulous for the next family!!

The house is verry near many shop, but the picture from the house is wrong, you think it's a big house but in reality it's verry small. Only that was not good also the swimming pull it's not the same as the pics Also is not at 10 minutes from the strip, but 25 minutes.

The house was extremely fun for the kids. Cool little mini family getaway. Host was extremely accommodating and made everything easy.
