I have never stayed at a cleaner place. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was immaculate
We enjoyed our stay, very cute inside. The neighborhood is walking distance to a park and some nice coffee shops.
The property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and had sufficient supplies available. My only complaint was that I arrived at night and couldn't see the address on the house. I could have missed it but never the less the stay was outstanding!
Charming
We had a great stay at the bungalow — it was close to a lot of fun things to do and in a nice, quiet neighborhood!
My two friends and I had a lovely, comfortable time in this old school, clean, quiet bungalow near Colfax. Off-street parking, pretty backyard, and close-by groceries were a bonus. Thanks!
Couldn’t have worked out better, thanks so much!
Really enjoyed this place. Lots of options to walk to nearby with a coffee shop that looks like it'll be dome any week now on the corner. Private parking that host mentions was incredibly helpful. I felt comfortable in this home
This delightful little home made our day every day. There are little thoughtful details and happy surprises around every corner. The bedrooms are cozy and quiet. The kitchen is well-stocked. We enjoyed teaching our children about the record player and monopoly. What a sweet space! Although the location appeared a little seedy at first, it did serve us well. We walked to delicious dinners and ice cream and felt completely safe. The neighborhood is clearly full of families and people who love and caretake their homes. Must stay if you are looking for a quiet cozy place to get out of the hustle bustle of downtown.
This older home is full of charm. It is in a quiet neighborhood, yet an easy drive to everything that the Denver Area has to offer. Keep in mind, as an older home that is decorated for the time period, it does not have modern living room furniture. So if deep sectional sofas and recliners are your thing, this may not be the home for you. However, the modern kitchen is beautiful, functional, and well stocked. The bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and centrally located. I highly recommend this home, especially for the cleanliness, location, and effortless communications with the owner.
The house was very clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed how easy it was to get to the city center, denver tech center, and the zoo. Good food options along East Colfax and Congress Park too.
I love staying in this cute historic home rather than a hotel for a few days. Well, our kitchen is being painted. The owner was very helpful and I loved that it had three twin beds for my triplets!
Interesting neighborhood close to everything we needed. Responsive host. Comfortable furnishings. Perfect for what we needed. Thanks for sharing your place with us.
Lovely Home… Wonderful Host… : )
The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and an easy walk from lots of restaurants. The house was clean, and the host made things very easy for us.
House was a short drive to all the Denver attractions. If you stay here and love coffee I would suggest checking out kochi Cafe. Had an issue with the address in the vrbo app. Sent a message in the ap and the owner replied almost instantly. Great communication.
Great location! Close to some really good restaurants with great proximity to Denver, Bolder and close enough for a day trip to Estes Park.
The bungalow was a nice place to spend a weekend getaway. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans to make it perfect for dining in. We had breakfast in the backyard sitting area.
My friend and I stayed at this location when we came to Denver for a friend's weekend to catch up and see a concert at Red Rocks. It was PERFECT. Close to food, entertainment, the zoo, and the botanical gardens. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to, felt safe, and enjoyed the neighborhoods we walked through. The house was comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. Erika was the consummate host, communicative, and welcoming. She gave very clear instructions on how to access the house and all the house rules were completely reasonable. I absolute want to stay here again in the future when I come back!
