Vintage Dream - Luxury Mid- Century Modern

This is a well equipped and maintained home in a great neighborhood. We took a walk every morning. The pool was great, and we practically lived on the screened in porch. Greenwood is very close, and it’s not a bad drive into downtown Indy, so plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. We had a great girls weekend.

We came for a reunion and weren’t familiar with Indianapolis. I was happy that this was next to a business and not super close to other homes. Was off a Main Street but the noise wasn’t overwhelming. Everything I messaged about was replied back with reasonable timeliness and or with an explanation of what to do. I would stay here again! Wonderful host experience.

Night one I was ready to give a 5 star review, my kids loved the pool the house was perfect and fit all my kids perfectly! We struggled with the wash machine which we came from a few nights in Chicago to do laundry and kept getting errors, my husband got it work for it to quit again! Then when he was trying to fix it the next morning found mold in the basement and not a little, a lot! This was after my two kids slept in basement. So the next night they had to sleep on the couch upstairs as they are allergy prone and mold is one! Thankfully they didn’t have a reaction, but my anxiety spiked after that! We still enjoyed the pool and outside area a lot! Great place to relax, grill and roast smores! Easy access to downtown and the Fever game (Go Caitlin Clark). So I would be loved to give a higher review and don’t doubt they’ll get the mold situation fixed up and have the perfect getaway! Easy communication and assistance when needed! Again loved the creaky floors and deal of the ole house, it was like being at my grandparents again!

We loved the house and how clean while taking care of it was. Everything was labeled, light fixtures, towels to use where things were. We live in a quiet country area. The noisy traffic was hard for falling asleep and naps for the little ones. Everything is conveniently located and within 20 minutes of the house.

Nice older ranch home, well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. Very nice pool and sun room, comfy beds, plenty of nice towels and beach towels, modern appliances and internet tv, alarm system. Located on a busy, high traffic road, well back from the street, but still quite loud at night. That said, we would probably rent here again and bring earplugs for sleeping. Good communication, overall a happy experience.

Beautiful home, everything as advertised in the listing, plenty of room for two parents and three teenagers, lovely pool and backyard, well equipped kitchen. Convenient to Lucas Oil Field/downtown, 15 minutes to get to the stadium. We enjoyed downtime at the house and using the pool between swim trial sessions. Plenty of retail/shopping nearby to stock up on food and supplies. Enjoyed dinner at Bubba’s 33.

The property was true to the pictures, with the exception of the basement which was not quite as we expected. There is no door to the basement, no separate bedroom in the basement, and no toilet for the makeshift bathroom in the basement. I'm 5'3 and I hit my head on the ceiling going up and down the basement stairs. The main floor hallway bathroom is also in desperate need of a upgrade (huge room, huge tub, tiny tiny shower that requires climbing stairs onto an awkward platform). The house is also on a very busy/noisy street. But the common areas of the house, and particularly the pool/yard, were great. And the owner was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. Despite its shortcomings, it was a good property to stay at.
