This vintage gem of a cottage is located right on Lake Michigan with access to sandy beachfront and deck overlooking the shoreline leading to shared stairs that take you directly to the shared beach access.

This is a great beach cottage! You cannot get any closer to the beach. The views were amazing and we enjoyed private beach access each day. What an amazing location!

Sun-room offers panoramic views and has comfy sitting area and additional dining table. Main floor also offers cozy living room with TV, sunny kitchen with eating area and full bath. Upper level sleeps up to 10 in 4 separate bedrooms with additional 1/2 bath.

Room 1 - 2 full beds
Room 2 - 1 queen bed
Room 3 - 1 set of twin bunks
Room 4 - 1 full bed and 1 twin

There is a futon located on the main floor as well for additional guests.

PARKING
There is space for four vehicles.

THE LOCATION
This cottage is located just five minutes from Holland State Park, 3 minutes from Tunnel Park and 15 minutes from award winning downtown Holland. Miles of bike paths along Lakeshore Drive connect to both parks as well.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.

It was such a treat to be right on Lake Michigan and to be able to see it from the house. We liked the vintage feel of the house, like stepping back in time. The views from the enclosed porch, the deck, and the upstairs window were spectacular. We could hear the waves at night, lulling us to sleep.. Our children enjoyed swimming and playing on the beautiful private beach. It was a fabulous experience all around!

We had a lovely stay at this vintage cottage on Lake Michigan. There were plenty of beds/bedrooms for our family and the beach was beautiful. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. This is second house we have rented with BVW Unsalted and we've had a great experience both times.
