Surrounded by fragrant Mediterranean vegetation, this house only 100 metres from the seashore is the perfect combination of nature, tranquillity and modern life. The 4-bedroom retreat can accommodate up to 8 people and offers a large, private, fenced-in 800-square-metre outdoor space to relax and forget the hustle and bustle of city life in total privacy.

From the garden of the house, guests can walk the 100-meters path lined with junipers to the beach and splash around in the beautiful sea waters. The house also offers a beautiful pergola with a dining table and sofas for relaxing in total privacy. A spacious outdoor dining room with barbecue further completes a healthy holiday in this modern holiday villa.

Inside, the retreat welcomes guests into a simply living room, an seating area with flat-screen Smart TV and a dining table to create the ideal space for gathering and socialising. The house has a small kitchenette even the most demanding cooks. At guests' disposal are a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator and oven. Essential and functional furnishings.

Heating is to be paid locally and according to consumption.
The tourist tax of €3,5/person/day for a maximum of 7 days must be paid at the property. Guests up to 14 years of age are exempt.

Location

In the house's surroundings, guests will find a number of locations to enjoy the waters of the Orbetello Lagoon as the villa is located right on the Giannella beach and is about a 10-minutes walk from the seaside hiking area.

The dramatic view from the Promontory of Argentario is a short 13-minutes drive away, meanwhile, the town centre of Orbetello, with a vibrant piazza and several handy shops as well as a number of discos is 15-minutes away. The Roman City of Cosa, in Ansedonia, is a 20-minutes drive away. And for those with kids, the nature/butterfly park with the Spanish Forte delle Saline is just a 6-minutes drive away.

For added relaxation, guests can visit the hot springs of Saturnia, located a 50-minutes drive from here. However, if they want to visit the major tourist hotspots of Tuscany, then Siena, Pisa and Florence are within 1.5 hours- 2.30 minutes drive from this holiday villa in Orbetello. The holiday villa also enjoys a unique position in Strada di Giannella, from where the beautiful resorts of the Maremma Coast and the historical jewels of the Etruscan times are within convenient driving distance. The nearest international airport is Leonardo Da Vinci Airport, approximately a 1 hour and 30 minutes drive away.
