Villas Belvedere C by Liquid Life

Beautiful spacious condo with great beach access. Had a few issues with the AC on the main floor, but it was fixed quickly. We had a great time.

The house was very pretty and had convenient beach access. The location was nice and quiet, but still close to restaurants and stores in Perdido Key and Orange Beach. The house could have been a little cleaner but would stay here again!

This was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in. Views of the ocean everywhere you looked and a short walk down the sandy path to the uncrowded beach. There was plenty of essentials so we were able to cook and wash clothes. We brought our own beach stuff but got tired of lugging it down the path but 2 young men came by all day to take care of beach chairs and umbrellas so were able to rent one easily. We fished off the beach every day and entertainment was a short drive in both directions; we even booked jet ski rentals and a dolphin cruise 5m away. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the property for two weeks in April-May 2025.Negatives—There was a smoke detector with a low battery that was beeping incessantly when we first arrived. We contacted the management company and asked them to send someone out, because it was coming from the garage, which we did not have access to. To be fair, we arrived the day before Easter. It took them until Monday to get someone out to the property to fix it. —We then had an issue with flies. They did send someone out the next day. He sprayed and that was solved. —There was a plastic film runner on the stairs which was dirty, pulling off, and torn. —It’s listed as a gated community, but the gate was never closed so it’s basically not. There is also a first-floor powder room in the listing, but guests have no access to that area.—The outdoor furniture needs cushions, and there’s no furniture on the balcony off the master suite.Positives—The location is fantastic. It’s steps from the ocean and the beach is private for just the 3 duplex units.—The place was immaculate. Their cleaning team is top-notch.—The kitchen has everything you could need and the appliances are all new and clean. The oven was especially great.—There were plenty of towels and the bed in the master suite was comfortable. The master bathroom is spacious and very nice.—The maintenance people we interacted with were professional and pleasant.Overall, it could use some attention to detail, but it was a very pleasant stay.

Nice property

Our stay was great for Christmas and new years and was in the perfect location. Listing and all information provided give a detail of everything you need to know about the area, the property, what’s included, and more! Will definitely recommend and come back when possible

Beautiful property & nice location

The property was better than the description and pictures. Perfect in every way.

Was a very nice place. Comfy but no gas for stove for 2 days, no cushions on outside chairs, gate was not working so not gated. I repaired back door so it would lock. The details go along way, and many were miseed

Had an enjoyable stay right on the beach. Close to grocery store and only a short drive into Alabama for restaurants. Everything was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen for cooking breakfast. Only peeve was there wasn’t any beach towels, toys, or chairs. Had to buy towels and toys. Had to rent beach chairs because if we bought them we would have just had to leave them there. Every beach house I’ve ever rented prior has provided those beach necessities. Other than that, will definitely be back!
