Village Point Getaway Townhome: Great Location w/ Private Hot Tub

The house was clean, comfortable & close to the lifts.

We love Breck. The house was in a good location and had plenty of room. To improve, Most Higher-end VRBO’s have coffees, hot chocolates, teas, etc waiting for the stay. For 30 a guest could feel welcome and not have to spend it in a store to only leave behind or trash. Also the only other thing I could state about the house were the 3 levels differed very much in temperature. From being super cold on bottom level to hot on the top- all while the central thermostat on the 2nd level remained on 65.

Home was well stocked and had everything we needed. Rooms were comfortable.

Beautiful stay during leaf peeping season. Good location and clean unit. Kitchen needs stocking and one photo shows a grill but not listed on amenities.

Fantastic location, walkable to restaurants, shopping and the trolley stops. Plenty of beds and sitting space!

Everything was just perfect. We had a group of 8 and had plenty of space. Their home is beautiful, super clean and fully stocked! Check-in and out was seamless and when we had questions, they were so accommodating.

Each of us had our own bedroom, and with three bathrooms—including a recently remodeled master suite bathroom—there was plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The kitchen was spacious and thoughtfully stocked with a great variety of dishes and equipment, which made meal preparation easy and enjoyable. Both balconies were well maintained and perfect spots to relax. The entire space was immaculately clean. The location is another major highlight: it’s just a short walk to the town center and very convenient for heading to the lifts. Overall, this property is a fantastic choice for families or groups looking for comfort, cleanliness, and easy access to local attractions.

The townhome was excellent. Location is very convenient for a short walk to all that Breck has to offer. Check in and out was very easy and much appreciated that we went straight to the unit. Communication was excellent although we didn’t need a thing during our stay. I would rate this as one of the best stays ever for us!

We loved how close it was to shops and dining and the hot tub was great after skiing?

The master bedroom did not have a closet(it was locked) and that was a big draw back for us. I probably will not stay in this townhouse again due to the lack of a closet. If not for the lack of a mater bedroom closet I would recommend the townhouse.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Twelve of us stayed at this nice townhouse. We would definitely consider staying again. There are some things to be aware of. You get 2 parking spots and the ONLY other overnight parking is on the other side of town (North side). We had people coming from multiple locations and even with carpooling had 5 cars so 3 were in the paid overnight lot. Also, there is not a bathroom on the main living level. The management company was great and responded to all my questions quickly!
