Stayed Jan 9, 2026Everything was clean. There was a great instruction manual there which answered all of our questions. We didn't need to interface with the hosting company during our stay (although we knew how to reach them and had spoken with them prior to our arrival). All the provided equipment worked. The inventory of beach equipment was amazing -five chairs, three umbrellas, a cooler, some toys, a boogie board, and more. Great location - we had stayed at that resort before but in a different building. Nice neighbors and a nice neighborhood. We had access to the community center and pool but that is not our style so we didn't even go there. Close to so many restaurants, beaches, and parks. The Legacy Rail Trail was 10 minutes away by bike (less than 2 miles). It's all part of the Palmer Ranch area which is gorgeous. We'd stay there again, no queston.

Stayed Mar 24, 2025Wonderful home in the community of Village De Pin. Clean home, comfortable beds, quiet and peaceful. Neighborhood close to everything. Approx. 15 min drive to world class Siesta Key beach. Really enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Mar 29, 2025Positives:The property fit our needs perfectly. Open and spacious floor plan and 2 bathrooms made our stay very comfortable. Communication was good. Location, appliances and amenities were perfect for our needs. Also, provided beach chairs and an umbrella, which was greatly appreciated.Concerns:The main bedroom and living room had missing slates in the door wall blinds, which felt uncomfortable while relaxing in the evening or changing in the bedroom at night. Property maintenance responded to our concern and ordered replacement slates so hopefully that are installed for the next guest. There was the smell of mildew in the property. It took a couple days of the air running at 72 degrees to lighten the smell.Overall, I would stay here again!

Stayed Dec 27, 2024Fantastic location for those who don’t need to be on the beach. Close to restaurants and bars. Condo was well equipped and clean. Loved the little neighborhood it was located. It was quiet and great for walks.
