villa with pool, 10 min from the beach, quiet, Costa Teguise

Family of 9 stayed for 1 week, absolutely loved thia spacious villa with all amenities needed for a family holiday. A home from home! Host left a beautiful welcoming basket which was very much appreciated due to our late arrival - had everything needed for our 1st night. Host was only a tx msg away for any questions we had and sorted out any queries/requests we had asap. My family are already asking when are we going to go back again lol as we all loved having the heated pool to use everyday & the terrace is a sun trap. Just made our family holiday perfect.Thank you we had an amazing time :)

Absolutely perfect villa, very clean, load's of space for 8 people, communication with Bernard was so quickly answered everything really close to villa, like beach,cafe, restaurant, supermarket, would highly recommend this villa

Limited Wi-Fi, ground floor only. Property includes everything you would need in a home, provided. The pool is of a good size, but young children need to be supervised. Host communication is good, and the property manager is helpful and always available to assist with any queries.

Listing is technically accurate & the saving grace for the property is its location which as stated is within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, the beach & square. The villa is spacious & relatively well equipped but feels tired in many places. Cleanliness needs improvement, the property has not had much more than a surface clean in some time. Everyone’s feet were black from walking inside with bare feet, vents were thick with dust, the sofa needed moving to retrieve a mobile which highlighted that the furniture had not been cleaned under for a while & having stripped the beds on departure we were met with stained duvets, stained mattresses & yellowed duvets that were completely bare of filling in parts. The temperature at night felt quite low after the sun & we were cold in bed at night & disappointed that we had no access to any additional bedding anywhere. The 2 downstairs bedrooms and in particular the one at the front smelt musty as soon as you walked in, the wardrobe doors were left open for the whole stay because of this but I felt like my clothes felt damp when I wore them and the bedding felt damp when I got in to bed & upon waking or moving throughput the night. Speaking of bed, I am extremely surprised that there hasn’t been any complaints from previous guests about the cheap uncomfortable mattress but I scan only liken my sleep to lying on bricks & woke with sore shoulders, hips & knees every day, not conducive of going home refreshed.

Well situated in a quiet residential road. The villa was exactly as advertised with all of the equipment you would expect for a large party. This is the second time we have stayed and I would have no hesitation in booking again.

We loved the property and the location. The Villa had everything we needed and more. The facilities were excellent and we had a very enjoyable stay.

The villa provided everything as described and the owners were super helpful and quick to respond to questions and requests ahead of our stay. The villa is huge with plenty of room for our party of 7 adults. Well located within easy walking distance of Pueblo Marinero.
