Stayed Mar 18, 2025We planned a trip to Fayetteville to catch some University of Arkansas baseball over spring break. We had a great time. The location of the property was perfect. We were close to the university, parks, the mall, and great restaurants. Our check-in was super easy and Michael regularly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed during our trip.

Stayed Sep 29, 2024This house has a great layout with nice amenities. The HOA was too restrictive for our family. Kitchen was well stock, but missing a few essential cooking utensils. Overall we loved the house.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024It had everything we needed and more. We had to be rescued from a floating disaster and were greatful to come back to such a great space. However, it rained terribly that evening and water came in from the rain from the back door. We had to use a mop and towels. I didn't have a chance to let them know bc our phones were still floating the river. The hot tub was a much needed bonus.

Stayed Apr 5, 2024A friend and I came up to visit our daughters for Mom’s weekend at their sorority. We had the BEST time! Location is close to campus which made Uber trips quick & easy. Plenty of space, very clean, and the coffee bar was amazing! Such a great weekend making memories with our girls! We would love to stay here again for upcoming visits.
