Villa Vitória by LovelyStay

A well located luxurious property which makes for an excellent base for exploring the island. Most of the best sights are a short drive away. Good communication from start to finish from the agent who met us at the villa to show us how everything worked even though it was late at night. Bedrooms spacious and beds comfortable. The pool was perfect although we paid extra to have it heated. There were a couple of minor problems - ants in the kitchen and the WiFi wasn’t strong enough to reach the bedrooms. This didn’t spoil our stay in this lovely villa. The games room was an added bonus!

Nice villa, although some broken items (chairs, lamps and light fittings, kitchen equipment) so felt a bit 'tired'. No aircon, which was fine during October, but I guess would be very hot in Summer! Lovely pool, which we had extra heated, so family could swim even on cooler days, although this was expensive. Very frustrating checkin process, the villa was not ready when we arrived (at scheduled checkin time) so we had to go out for another few hours. When we returned still no cot which had been requested. Also did not get a proper check in / show around, so took us a few days to find outdoor light switches and how to operate certain things in the villa. The local team however were responsive when we reported these things. Would have been helpful to have some local information in the villa (eg restaurants, walking directions to coast etc). Overall we had a lovely time. but a little disappointed with the maintenance and process.

This villa had everything our family (2 adults +12 and 13 year olds) needed beautiful pool, lots of space for everyone, games room and stunning views from every room.... MHM was very accommodating and helpful with check -in/out times, arranging airport transfer. The welcome gifts of Madeira wine, cake, biscuits and soft drinks were a very nice gesture. Thank you!

Loved the space in this villa both indoor and out.

We enjoyed our stay very much and the pool was fantastic! Beds, linens, & showers plus internet - all excellent. Some basic kitchen supplies were needed like a sponge for washing dishes, paper towels, salt pepper & oil for cooking. All resolved with quick trip to the store but small things we expected to find. They were helpful and friendly in replacing broken items like wine opener, dust pan for sweeping. We would love to return one day and stay again at Villa Victoria!

There is an ant problem and the linens are of poor quality. Could have been better stocked with paper products (tp, paper towels) Overall very pleasant stay.

The Villa was lovely with everything we could need. The view was beautiful.

Nice view, clean, quiet area, walking distance to restaurants (20-25 min) perfect for a wonderful holiday!

Great villa. A lot of space, very modern, fully equiped, a terrific view to the ocean and very quiet. Location was ideal for exploring the island. Heliodoro was very friendly and helpful. Check out was flexible. Wish we had been there longer. We would highly reccomend this villa.
