Stayed Nov 14, 2025The apartment/condo was just as advertised. Everything seemed well maintained and cared for. Linens and towels were fine. Location was great. Property management was responsive and helpful. The pillows were not as comfortable as hoped but that is a small item. Everything else was lovely. Kitchen well stocked, Porch/balcony was wonderful.

Stayed Feb 12, 2024Our stay at the Villa was very nice. Description of property was very accurate. Communication with the management company was excellent. View from our balcony was entertaining and beautiful. Lots of people watching to be had. The internet signal is very weak and not dependable. We were very disappointed with the kitchen and laundry amenities. There weren’t “left behind” detergents, plastic wraps, salt and pepper, items usually found at other homes we have rented. We left our items but I suspect they won’t be there for the next guests. This may sound silly but to have those items available is extremely helpful when running the dishwasher and washing machine and for basic cooking. It just took me back for the price point of this Villa. Just be prepared to buy everything you need on day 1.

Stayed Aug 5, 2023Everything with the property was great. The location is right across the beach from access 11. We did not utilize the pool at all so I can not on that other than it looked clean for the most part. The only downside with the place was the air conditioning, the back 2 bedrooms had very low air flow. We utilized the provided fans but it got warm at night. I will say the elevators that they have to the individual floors was great moving heavy luggage up and down during check in and check out.
