Villa Vista is a cheerful, light-filled tiny home at Firefly Resort with warm wood trim, white shiplap walls, and a teal electric fireplace that makes the living area feel instantly welcoming at any hour.



The Space:

The layout is smart and comfortable; a queen bed in the mainbedroom, twin beds in the loft for the kids or extra guests, and a double sofa bed in the living area for a total capacity of six. The kitchen island with bar stools is the natural gathering spot before meals, and the full kitchen means you can cook when you want to rather than going out every night.

Outside, the covered porch with table and chairs frames a wide open view of the resort grounds; the perfect front-row seat for sunset. When the evening calls for something more, fire up the wood firepit or the charcoal grill and let the night stretch on. Your pets are welcome at Villa Vista, so the whole family makes the trip.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home, including outdoor seating areas, porches, and all resort amenities. Check-in is simple, with easy entry and convenient parking right at the site.

Located within Firefly Resort, surrounded by scenic vineyards, rolling hills, and peaceful Hill Country views. Enjoy proximity to local wineries, dining, and downtown Fredericksburg attractions.



Getting Around:

Driving is the best way to explore the Hill Country. Resort roads are simple to navigate, and local wineries and shops are just a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500(which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $29.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
