The main floor of the executive home is host to a large chefs gourmet kitchen with new top of the line appliances and a coffee and juice bar.

The large living area features a huge new wrap around couch and 85” 4K, Smart TV, with Netflix, You Tube, Prime etc. included. The Fred Wolff Bear Creek Nature Preserve is a short drive or bike ride away. The majestic Santa Rosa Mountains are literally at the foot of the Preserve.
