Located less than a kilometer from the sea and superb white sandy beaches, this 90 m2 house, typical Breton construction in cut stone, can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideally, a couple with 2 children (or 3 children including a child under 5 years old because the children's room is equipped with a roll-out bed), or 2 couples.

2km from the village and its amenities, 1.5km from the port of Corréjou and its Sailing Club, 1.5km from the magnificent GrèveBlanche beach and its Surf School, 5km from the Lighthouse Ile Vierge, the house has a pretty enclosed garden of around 150m2 and parking for parking 2 cars.

The house has two bedrooms and a bathroom:
Ground floor: fitted kitchen with oven, gas burners, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge / freezer. Living room overlooking the garden. Shower room and WC.
Upstairs: a bedroom with a large bed (160x200); a bedroom equipped with 2 single beds which can be combined to make a double bed, and an extendable bed which can accommodate a child under 5 years old.
The garden is equipped with deckchairs, a hanging egg for 2 people, a garden furniture set with parasol and a barbecue.

It also has a washer / dryer, an iron. 4G network.
