Stayed Apr 30, 2022The views from this property were stunning. Its location is somewhat rural and central to most of the island's spectacular sites. The church bells across the valley added to the ambience reminding me I'm in Europe while the island itself is a cross between Hawaii and the Swiss Alps. The roads are narrow, steep, and scary as it is islandwide. Grocery stores and restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. Overall, we had a very positive experience at this property. When we return, we will try to rent this house again. The pictures and description in the listing are accurate but nothing can prepare you for actually experiencing it firsthand.
