Very nice location. Communication was great.

It was very clean and a great place for friends to hang out. Loved being walking distance to various restaurants and bars.

Beautiful stay - we were within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Matt and Amy were really helpful with any questions we had and providing details for around town and nearby towns. We were right across from the marina and the views were amazing!

Wonderful! Super close to the winery where the wedding was held. Beautiful view of river and trains. Must be able to climb stairs to main level.

Great location and view Kitchen could use a little updating

House was clean, beautiful view and very comfy beds.Didn't get to spend much time there as most of the stay was wedding events. But overall great!

Have your cleaning crew water the plants. They recovered after we watered them. Be sure to have full propane tanks for the grill and the propane-fired warmer.

Very nice home and good location, however we were surprised by the amount of train traffic.

We had a great stay at this property. Bright and spacious with plenty of area to relax and play. The front porch overlooking the river was a hit. The kids loved watching the trains go by and playing at the beach across the street. Easy check-in and check-out and very responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I fell in love with this sweet cabin, the town of Pepin and the nearby towns up and down the river. The location of this space is excellent. Walkable to a couple of great restaurants (Harbor View Cafe! What a gem!) and the marina. The balcony had great views of the river, even with the boats up for the winter, and great sunset views. The train is a frequent passerby, but the white noise machines in each bedroom made it a nonissue. I will definitely be back!

Stayed with friends and accommodations worked great. Grilled dinner one night-a little challenge lighting grill but it worked great. The coffee maker was really slow so took a while to wake up in the morning. Many trains but enjoyed watching on the covered porch.

Property is well maintained and very comfortable. Perfect for our group of six adults. Fishing for the men and shopping for the women. Rental has everything you nneed for need for

Our first visit to the Lake Pepin Area and it was beautiful and very fun, great neighbors and location. Host was very kind and accommodating, hope to stay again this Fall.

We were in the area for my son's wedding at Hidden Meadow and Barn. This location was perfect for that because we were only about 5 miles away. The house was even better than we expected. The weather was stormy the first night, but on Friday it was perfect. It was so nice to sit on the porch and watch the sail boats and the people playing in the water. The house was very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Home was great and location was fantastic. We enjoyed the charm of the home and sitting on the porch. Home had everything we needed. Owners were very quick to respond to questions and requests. We will be back.

This was a beautiful property! Very clean, fully stocked kitchen and wonderful deck with a propane firepit overlooking the lake. Was amazing!! We had a large family reunion, and my family stayed in several other VRBO's nearby. We had such a great time in Pepin. The winery was super cool and you felt like you were in Italy. Pepin days was going on and we listened to some live music. The trains are loud so bring a fan which drowned out most of the noise.

This was our home base for our motorcycle group of six. The space was clean and all amenities were in working order. The check-in process was easy and the host was responsive. Great walking distance to the small town amenities and suggest the Harbor View Cafe for dinner.

Beautiful views of the lake from the upper balcony. Nice house we were in town for a wedding and would have liked to spend more time lots to do in this small town.

This is a beautiful property. Beautiful views. We were in town for a wedding and this was perfect for us. The hosts were great to work with. Highly recommend. We will stay there again when in the area!
