Stayed May 31, 2025an idyllic holiday home with a large fenced property, ideal with dogs or small children. The house is very nice and clean. The landlord speaks fluent German and took a lot of time to give tips for the stay. Super friendly.

Stayed Jul 27, 2019House and pool really nice as was owners. But garden had real ant problem, with soft ground infested in nests so could not use without getting bitten. Owners tried to sort but little impact, needed professional help. Surrounding area is noisy campsites and property a little far out of town with no pavements so had to drive everywhere. Overpriced for where it was located.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Imagine to have a cosy house in a fresh green and calm garden just few minutes from the shore! What can be better? Now, you can rent it. We really loved the place, amidst the trees giving the shade. It was great to sip a morning coffe and to see the children exploring the grounds. After that to have a short walk and a swim, or a ride on a kayak or a sailboat at the sailing center Les Fauvettes. The house is equipped with charm and style and the furniture is comfortable. Beds are inviting after a sunny day, I really had rest and relaxed. Be prepared to go by car for shopping, the supermarket is not far, but not in a walking distance. Highly recommended for two couples or families of six.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beschreibung und Bilder passen sehr gut zu dem hübschen Casa Litariccia. Kleiner Sandweg zur Bucht mit Palmen und 3 kleinen Stränden. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, mit hochwertigen Materialien sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat unseren Urlaub zu einem Traumurlaub werden lassen. Auf der Terrasse kann man optimal frühstücken, ein Bad im Meer vorher ist aufgrund der Strandnähe gar kein Problem. An kühlen Abenden brannte der Ofen!! Es war sehr sauber, Waschmaschiene für uns sehr angenehm!! Man braucht zum Einkaufen ein Auto, auch um andere Strände zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!
