Stayed Sep 19, 2025Good location but not good enough to compensate for the hefty 3K for 5 days price tag that came with it. For a house that accommodates 9 people, we were supplied limited basic amenities supplied (4 bin bags, 4 dishwasher tablets, no hand towels for the bathrooms, 1 roll of toilet paper). There was no internet which was an issue for those that needed to work whilst there. Aircon downstairs was substandard (ie it was cooler outside than inside at times). Windows upstairs did not open easily, the Bathroom/Shower upstairs is near on unusable. If you are taller than 6ft you cannot fit into the shower. It is by no means a Hollywood Shower as advertised. No drawers in two of the rooms. Two of the guests that occupied the main bedroom returned home covered in bed bug bites so severe that medical treatment was required upon returning home. The property is in serious need of an overhaul as it is showing signs of disrepair and neglect. We had a great time visiting Kalbarri but were left very disappointed because of the Accommodation.

Walking distance to river/beach plus the bonus of a pool. We had such a fantastic time. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

There were plenty of bowls, plates, utensils, glassware, pots & pans to use. Towels & linen were supplied which was great. There were plenty off space to put the Trailer & our little boat in the garage. The down part was not having no wifi. Definitely a great place to stay. Thank you

Absolutely immaculate villa complete with pool and close to all local amenities in Kalbarri and just a short walk to the beach. Perfect for families! We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be back.
