Villa Mozaic ...... wonderful setting with panoramic views, pool 16mX3

Beautiful, peaceful house with a great view. Very nicely and comfortably furnished. We spent a great time here and did not feel like visiting other places, the best was on the terrace by the pool. Terek, the host, took excellent care of us, for example, when the dishwasher broke down during our stay he not only installed a new one in 2 hours, he also washed the dishes. We plan to return to this place.

The landlord is friendly, only spoke French, but when we arrived, we were so shocked. It was so dirty, so poorly maintained, we didn't dare sleep there for even one night! Hair on the pillows, toothpaste still on the sink, glass on the floor, extremely dirty windows, deferred maintenance, cracked tiles, a very dirty pool, and so much more. And all that for so much money. Very difficult to reach by car; it feels like a slum. A terrible experience!

This is a fabulous villa, the pictures don’t do it justice. We loved the pool and the views.There is sufficient a short distance away in Raffadali to help you self cater.As has been mentioned the road to the villa is about half a mile of rough narrow roads.We did have some issues with power cuts, but this is a Sicily problem not a problem with the Villa.Tarek was very helpful whenever we needed help.The one minor mark was that ad says air conditioning throughout, however when we arrived we were told we couldn’t use the aircon in the living area, we had no idea until we arrived.But overall a fabulous Villa and highly recommended

The outdoor area was spectacular - gorgeous views, beautiful pool and lots of seating areas. We also enjoyed the large well equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining room area. The bedrooms were small, but the beds were comfortable and each had an ensuite toilet and shower. Be aware that the final kilometre to the property is on a narrow bumpy road, and that the toilets are very small and the lights are hooked up to noisy fans, if that's the kind of thing that may bother you or your partner! My only real disappointment was that the property manager said that A/C wasn't included on the main floor, which certainly wasn't clear from the listing. Overall, I would definitely recommend

5 star review, what a beautiful villa, we had a family holiday at villa mosaic the villa was stunning even better than the photos, and what a brilliant host Terek was, he was attentive, personable, polite and most of all accommodating, he made his home feel like it was our home for the week, Terek was always on hand if needed. he would come every day to clean the pool always checking in with us to see if we needed anything, terek brought us gifts in a morning on occasion like cakes from the local pasticceria, tomato’s and olives little things he did which he didnt have to do which was greatly appreciated from me and my family, I cannot speak highly enough of Tereks hospitality you added your stamp to what was a wonderful week for me and my family, thank you very much I would recommend villa mosaic to anyone coming to visit this beautiful island.

This was an amazing property to stay at. The pool was absolutely perfect...so clean and fresh, large surrounding patio with plenty of outside furniture and a stunning view across the countryside. There were 2 outside eating areas, plus an outside sofa area plus sun loungers. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. An open plan downstairs with large kitchen, enormous dining table and comfy sofas. Several sets of sliding doors opened up onto the pool area. Upstairs, each of the bedrooms was en-suite with plenty of storage space. The master bedroom had it's own patio area overlooking the pool.We couldn't have asked for a better host. Available, friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We had a little trouble working out how to use the oven (there is a switch somewhere hidden in a cupboard) but this was so quickly resolved by the host.Would absolutely stay there again if the opportunity arose and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Super holiday

The villa is delightful, as are the views over the hills towards the coast. Tarek was great - I can't praise his hospitality too highly. It is hard to think of anything I would change. Thank you very much!

Wonderful property and with outstanding views We really enjoyed our stay there and I thought the decor with the nice touches were really unique Had all the facilities you need The host (Tarek) was very welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and he went beyond what you would normally expect. Will look to return soon :)

I so want to give the home a poor rating so when we come again that it will be available, but I just can't. It is so nice and what a wonderful view.
