The Space:
This beautifully renovated Hollywood Villa has the best of old Hollywood Charm and modern luxury amenities and accents. No detail as been spared in this lavash 4 bedroom villa, the old and the new mesh perfectly together.
IMPORTANT: We are a professional property management company and use a professional PMS system. Our PMS integration limits our ability to charge a credit card processing fee, however, a credit card processing fee is a hard cost to us. We have to charge a 3.55% CC processing fee based on the total charges displayed on the platform. International Credit Cards have an additional 1 to 1.5% on top of the 3.55% for exchange rates totalling almost 4.7% in fees. Please note, that if you do not want to incur the CC processing fee you can send a bank wire. If you send a request to book your CC will only be charged the platform fee. We will not charge your card until we confirm with you. Someone from our team will reach out to you.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house and garages. The pool can be heated for $100 a day, please let us know in sufficient time prior to your arrival if you would like to elect for pool heating so we can have the pool warm for you when you check-in to the property.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Hollywood Hills just east of Laurel Canyon Blvd Villa Marmont is the perfect gateway for any traveler looking for the Hollywood experience. Walking distance to the Famous Chateau Marmont Hotel, Infamous Comedy Store, Laugh Factory, and a short distance to Sunset Plaza shopping area and restaurant strip.
Getting Around:
I recommend renting a vehicle, however you can easily get around with Uber and public transit. The home is a short distance to the Sunset Strips iconic bars and restaurants.
Other Things to Note:
Please send our team a message prior to booking this home. Please do not request a reservation without speaking with the Home Manager. Please note that you may be asked to sign supplemental terms prior to entry of the property depending on the booking platform you are booking on. Signing these terms is required before entry is given. Additionally, you may be asked to pay for your credit card processing fee after booking.
In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have a few rules in place. It is important to understand these, so please be sure to read the descriptions of each rule as well.
1) No parties. No visitors. No unapproved guests.
All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government-issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list.
If you want to have a guest, then you will need to submit their names prior to booking. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. So, please let us know if you want to have guests and, if so, then how many. We are very strict on our guest policy because it helps us maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood. It also helps us stay well within the limits of the law. If a property goes over capacity, then we will become at risk of losing our permit and we will have to ask you to leave.
2) No pets unless proof is provided that the pets are service pets. We, out of principle, do not allow any pets. However, due to the American Disabilities Act, we are required by law to accept service pets if a guest does in fact have a service pet.
3) No smoking, vaping, or the like

High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW
You are in a high brush fire zone. Smoking outdoors or inside is strongly prohibited. We also prohibit the use of vapes, e-cigarettes, and the like. We have state of the art smoke detectors that are hypersensitive to all vapors and gases. If the alarms in these detectors are set off, then it will notify the fire department and we will be charged $500. And if we find out that the alarm was caused by some infraction of our rules, then the person who triggered the alarm will be charged $500.
4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates.
If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages.
6) Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood.
7) Pool/hot tub:
- Please never leave children unattended near or in the pool/hot tub. No life guard on duty.
- Do not have glassware near the pool/hot tub areas. If glass is found in the pool/hot tub you will be charged a $1000 fee. We provide plasticware that may be used outdoors to enjoy beverages poolside. Additionally, keeping the glassware away from these areas has three benefits: (1) it helps keep the pool/spa functional and clean, (2) it prevents you from having to pay for any damages, and (3) it helps prevent injury. So, please use our plasticware to acquire the three benefits and let us know if the kitchen does not have the plasticware. Please do not throw away the plasticware because they are not disposable. Just wash them by hand and store them away.
- If you want the pool to be heated, then it will cost $100 per day of your reservation. So, for example, if your reservation is 4 days and you want pool heating, then we will send you a $400 fee request. The pool heating fee is all or nothing. The hot tub is free.
Pre Stocking:
We have a list of pre-stocking options that guests are able to choose from. Pre-stock requests typically require at least one week advance notice. There will be a $150 service charge or 20% service charge (whichever one is greater) for all pre-stocking requests.
Day of Arrival:
We offer a self-check-in option, or we can meet you at the property in person and tour you through the home. Please let us know your preferred method of check-in.
During check-in, only the person who has made the booking can be checked in and only the person who has made the booking will be asked to confirm their identity by showing the host their physical ID. Again, this is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us as we follow our safety procedures and work to maintain a secure environment.
Check-In:
We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Our early check-in fees are $100 for every hour before 4:00pm. Additionally, if you want to check-in before 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.
Check Out:
Our check-out time is 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.
Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.
When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.

I stayed her with my husband, mother and my 4 children ages 16-24. We loved the outdoor pool area and the sound system that went throughout the house. We heated the pool and were glad we did as it was cool the week we were there. The house was spotless and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We were able to order groceries from Whole Foods and Instacart for delivery and the house is close to great restaurants. Highly recommend this property.
We stayed at this house for four nights over a long weekend. The house is very clean with lots of light especially from the skylight. The host that checked us in, Tony, is very nice and courteous. The two secondary bathrooms can use some maintenance on the faucets, drainages and toilet flushes. A few light bulbs also did not work. The pool has a lot of falling leaves at this time of the year so we did not use it. The home is luxurious and this company has a few more luxurious homes in the LA area, which we intend to book in the future.
