Villa Margaretha - Stunning pool home in South Fort Myers!

Absolutly gorgeous villa clean comfortable everything you could possibly need . Close to all restaurants main roads 75 and 41 and about 1hrs drive to the islands marco island and boca grande . A fantastic place to stay and would definitely stay there again

The location was excellent with the beaches, nature walks and preserves, and the airport nearby. The house is in a residential area near to groceries and shopping. The street is a one-mile loop great for quick walks. The home was very clean and spacious with bathrooms for each bedroom and several gathering places inside and on the lanai. The pool was lovely with a fountain and a waterfall edge overlooking a lake. It was very easy to relax and enjoy warm weather and family.

Everything was well maintained and clean. The decoration and artwork inside is very tasteful.All the furniture seemed like new.The stunning view towards the lake with all kinds of birds and a huge lanai makes the outside seating very enjoyable.A lot of huge windows make it very bright and friendly inside.The location is perfect with the major beaches not to far away, but still close to downtown Fort Myers as well as many restaurants.The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet.We have already booked for next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. The ample entertaining area around the pool was perfect. The rental office was responsive when the clothes dryer quick working, bringing a new one quickly. Quiet neighborhood, good location.

A very nice neighborhood with pleasant neighbors. Spacious place with very high ceilings. Loved built in radio systems that is capable of broadcasting about house and in pool patio area. Inviting view of lake with plenty wildlife, birds, ducks, swans, geese. Screened pool area makes for a comfortable pool experience.

The house was amazing. The company that cleans needs to do a better job. All windows were filthy. I had to buy windex to clean them all. Cushions to the outside chairs were all full of mold. Original picture on ad has picture of pool with pool light on, well pool light was not working and was never told to us. According to pool company the light has been out for 6 months. This should have been fixed.

Wonderful home in a lovely community. We had an amazing stay and the house and pool area are perfect for relaxing and taking time as a family.

This house is excellent. Good location that is within a 30-min drive to great beaches. The pool is great when you don't feel like driving to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are very friendly. We wish we could stay for longer.
