Villa Lukas Markovici is an attractive modern holiday house with a swimming pool, located on the edge of the same named village with a unique panoramic sea view, and during the clear weather it is possible to see the peaks of the Alps.

On the enclosed property of 1900 sqm the guests have use of a 49 sqm swimming pool, summer kitchen, covered terrace with an outdoor dining table, badminton/volleyball court, trampoline and swings for children. Vizinada, with its shop, coffee bars and anATM is only 3 km distant, while pizzeria and a typical tavern are only 4 km away from the house. At about 500 m from the house there is a wine road and an olive oil road, and at 16 km distance there is a tourist village Lanterna which offers beautiful and well-maintained pebble and rocky beaches. For cycling enthusiasts, the Parenzana cycling/hiking trail, which was one of the main railway lines of Istria, extending through Koper all the way to Trieste, passes right in front of the house.



Villa Lukas Markovici is a holiday house for 10 guests and consists of a main house of 230 sqm and a smaller house of 41 sqm. Both facilities are fully air-conditioned. The main house is situated on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with the sofa, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, two double bedrooms, each with its private shower/toilet, one laundry and one separate toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with its private shower/toilet and one with a spacious terrace.

In the smaller house there is one double bedroom with a bathtub in the room and its private shower/toilet. From the smaller house extends a summer kitchen with a fireplace barbecue and a large covered terrace. There is also one guest toilet with an entrance from the garden. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
