In one of the most beautiful waterfront locations in Cape Coral, you will find Villa Longboat Key. From the moment you step inside the house, you are overwhelmed by a breathtaking view of the water. Large sliding glass doors lead you directly onto the pool deck featuring an oversized pool and jacuzzi.

The spacious and modern living area, dining room, and high-end American kitchen are centrally located within the home. The villa is exclusively furnished and stylishly decorated. Large flat-screen TVs are available in all bedrooms as well as in the living room.

The master bedroom is situated on the left side of the house and features an en-suite bathroom. From the bedroom, you also have direct access to the pool deck. On the right side of the house, there are two guest bedrooms, each equipped with its own private bathroom. One of the guest bedrooms also offers direct access to the pool deck. The adjoining fully equipped bathroom can also be accessed from the pool deck.

A large and comfortable utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and ample storage space is conveniently accessible from the kitchen. The living area can also be easily reached through the garage. Particularly pleasant: the living area and bedrooms are equipped with separate air-conditioning systems.

The spacious pool deck is furnished with sun loungers, a dining table, and chairs, and also features an outdoor shower. The comfortable summer kitchen invites you to enjoy spectacular barbecues and offers a high-quality gas grill with range hood, a sink, and a beverage refrigerator.

We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dish washing liquid and some dish washing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.
