Nicole was incredibly kind and the amenities were gorgeous. The neighbor was conveniently located near all the usual tourist spots. I highly recommend this place!

Everything about our stay was easy!

The home was in excellent condition and fully stocked with anything we could desire in a rental. Communication was good on how to enter the property and the location was great for our needs. Would absolutely rent from them again.

The house was very maintained. Great water pressure. Everything was spotless and clean. Nice flooring and counters. TVs in all the rooms with access to your regular smart apps. Great communication from the host and easy check in and out.

Close to Disney and numerous restaurants. Easy to get to all the Disney Parks and stores.

My family and I had stayed at Disney over a decade ago. We were looking to stay outside but close to Disney this time around. This property was perfect for us. Nicole responded to my questions quickly, check-in was a breeze, and the property was very clean with all amenities we needed and at a great value! We were about 15-20 mins from theme parks so it was very convenient. Thank you Nicole for a great property and stay!!

The owner and her daughter are amazing! Pet friendly, and the owner offered us a dog sitter/walker who lives close. I can't tell you how much stress it took off of our vacation having her daughter check on our dog. Very professional, and our dog Baxter loved her!

Our stay here was great. Love the amount of space it had and the convenience of a large washer and dryer. Neighbours were a bit noisy blasting music until 2am on NYE but other than that everything was great.

Nice location and property. It was clean and had almost everything we needed. There is a Publix and Target nearby for anything missing. There is a full sized stacked washer and dryer.

Rented the place to have my kids spend some time with their grandparents and go to the parks. The place was great. It was clean and a great price. The beds were comfy and the kids loved the bunk beds with their own tv. Would absolutely recommend and would stay there again.

We stayed in this unit for 13 days. Check in procedure was simple, great communication with host and the unit is extremely clean. Cleanliness is a top priority for us and this unit received top ratings from us. u love the Margaritaville decor and the restful atmosphere. Beds are very comfortable. We would stay again if in the area.

This property is very convenient to shopping, good restaurants and Disney. The Villa has everything you need for a nice weekend. However the air conditioning is blocked from adjusting and it was a little warm at night sleeping. The ceiling fans were great. The pillows were also uncomfortable. Overall our stay was nice .

Great place to stay for my family of six for our Disney vacation. Check in was easy, location was easy to find and ~15 mins from Disney parks. Rooms were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. There was a little bit of pet hair noticeable which is the only thing that could be improved upon.

We loved our stay at this villa! The host nikki was amazing and very accommodating! The villa is located near so many things! So close to all the parks and very convenient! The villa was so clean! This is definitely going to be our go to whenever we come to visit Disney Again, we are annual passholders and we are there at least once a month and we plan on staying here every single time!

Beautiful condos in a great location within 15 minutes of entrance to all 4 parks. Plenty of restaurants and shopping right around the corner too! All the comforts of home!

This place was perfect for our stay. Nicoles communication was just perfect. House is well maintained and provides all the essential needs. Other than being with 15-20 min from Disney the general location of this is great. From restaurants to groceries to shopping everything is so close, we spent an afternoon at the Margaritaville mall area too which provides enough entertainment for an afternoon and great selection for eating everyday If needed. Def looking forward to returning and staying at the same spot.
