Our stay was fantastic the pictures do not do this property justice it is a really nice clean property very home form home would definitely stay here again.

Our vaca started off rocky. I didn’t get the codes to enter the gated community or the home. We were only able to get in due to a kind neighbor and the realtor reluctantly gave me the code to enter. Mold in the bathrooms, shower heads, and the outside table. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Both neighbors on each side smoked so much it made it hard to enjoy being outside. Both neighbors also had dogs that would loudly bark at each other ALL DAY. The major issue was with the pool/spa heat. We paid extra $ ahead of time to have the pool and hot tub heated. Host requested payment for pool heat via PayPal or bank transfer. In the middle of the week the pool/spa stopped heating. The host told me to contact the management company to address issue. They were contacted and they said they'd be right out to fix it. No one came by. Pool/spa was cold until our vaca was over. I contacted the host about receiving a refund for the days the pool heat didn't work. They ignored me. After sending multiple messages requesting a refund for service I didn't completely receive, the host sends a message declining to refund me for the prepaid pool/hot tub heat. They stated their management went out and said nothing was wrong with the pool heat. Host rudely stated nothing is wrong with their home, and I just like to complain. Logically why would I want to take time out of my vacation to call to fix things at a house that isnt mine? Found 2 other renters with similar scammed experiences.

A beautiful house to spend the holidays. Exactly as shown in the ad. The heated pool was the best (we were able to use it even with a temperature of 37 F). Communication with the owners was great. I recommend!

Dont think the pictures on the VRBO website do the property any justice. The Villa was immaculate. Would definitely stay there again without question.

Looked ideal for our family, but was very disappointed on arrival. Everything was dated, sofa had no support in it, hit the floor almost when sat on it. All beds had 2 mattresses on them, I assume for the purpose of comfort but unfortunately failed miserably. Found damp clothing from previous guest in master bedroom closet on arrival. Plates, cutlery and glasses looked they had been bought at a car boot sale. Pool area badly needed a good clean, and geckos galore on lanai due to gaps in cover around the pool. Emailed agent on day 2 and had fairly prompt response and made arrangements for her to call, due to miscommunication this never happened, so decided just to carry on and try to make the best of a bad lot. Money needs spent on villa to update it, and I’m sure if this could be done it would be great holiday accommodation.
