Many beaches in Pula are located 5 minutes away by car (Verudela, Zlatne stijene, Lungo Mare). Near the house is a Mexican restaurant (1 min) and a supermarket (1 min).

Stayed Jul 28, 2023Positives are outdoor area well kept with 5 sunlongers and large dining table and grill, pool is big enough to enjoy. Bedrooms all good size and very clean and tidy, same with the two bathrooms. Villa is located 15-20 min walk from old town and large supermarket within 4 min walk. Residential neighbourhood, we felt safe and not too noisy. There is no air conditioning in bedrooms, only in kitchen/lounge area, owners gave us fans on our request. Limited sun shades in garden, was a problem and kitchen is relatively small for the villa size, also no toaster, microwave. Owners are very friendly, simple check in and helped with any small issues during the holiday. Villa is nice, clean and functional.
