‘Villa Giulia’ Home w/ Outdoor Oasis in Sarasota!

Beautiful home and close to the beach! The pool and layout of the house is welcoming. It's a private oasis! It was difficult to get a response back from the management company regarding a late check-out, but it was a great time overall. The house is for sale, so not sure if it will be available as a rental for VRBO much longer.

Overall a nice stay. The interior of the home was clean, spacious and as pictured. The exterior could use some maintenance. The grill was so rusted it was unusable, lounge chair had holes in it, there was no hammock as pictured. The tiki bar and pool are looking a little worse for wear.

We all loved this place. Hope to be back again next year!!

Large and comfortable house with separate bedrooms and bathrooms offering appreciated privacy. Nice lanai with eating area and pool/outside view. The pool is not heated and was too cool to use during our stay (late February). Comfortable lounge chairs; tiki bar was not usable. The Wifi didn't work during our stay. Well stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, cooking and eating paraphenalia. Very convenient to downtown Sarasota, beaches and shopping and restaurants. Overall a very nice house.

The house was so charming - set up like an Italian villa. Lots of space and the backyard was fantastic. We donated some beach and bath towels from Amazon based on the reviews. The only thing I might change is some nicer bedding and pillows. It was chilly at night and we were cold - so we used the extra blankets from the living room. A light comforter would have made it perfect.

The property was very nice and is suitable for many guests. There was plenty of privacy with the split bedroom arrangement. The backyard pool area is beautiful. We felt like the outdoor bar area and seating was not cleaned before arrival and had bird droppings on the chairs. The kitchen definitely needs more dishes, glasses, pots/pans, etc. Not nearly enough supplies for this size of a home.

We came in the day after hurricane Helene went through. This property didn’t miss a beat. Everything was great. Clean. Well kept. 10 stars from us

We enjoyed the spacious, well-furnished home, with large, screened porch and outdoor pool and bar-b-q area. Three separate bathrooms, close to the three bedrooms gave each adult couple their own private space. Limited cooking tools so we brought our own pots and pans. Also very few pool towels and bathroom towels. Tiny dishwasher required multiple loads per day but everything worked and we all enjoyed. (Pool waterfall was not working during our stay)

This was a couples trip for my husband, myself, and two other adult couples. We travel a lot, whether by ourselves, with our kids, with friends, business, etc., and this was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed! The home is stunning and has everything you could possibly need. One of the most beautiful beaches (siesta key) is literally a few miles away, and we were perfectly happy with staying at the home a few days bc we felt like we were at a resort. The home is conveniently close to town, but not noisy at all. I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is! The rooms are large & nicely spread out to add privacy. And the home is so much bigger than it shows in the pictures. The pictures don’t do this home justice. It’s stunning, inside and out! And the host…I can’t brag about her enough. Any questions we had, she was super quick to respond and very pleasant. Never made me feel like a burden or inconvenience. We are already planning our next trip, and this will definitely be where we stay!!!!! If there was anything at all to mention, we only had a hard time figuring out how to get the hot water to work, but the host quickly informed us that it was switched for the hot and cold. Easy fix. Cannot wait to stay again!

The house was very nice! Enjoyed the pool! It was not too far from the places we wanted to visit. We would rent this again
