Villa Dolce - Private Pool and Spa - Luxury Patio

Amazing location, property was very clean and such a beautiful design! Communication was great and made the stay so easy

We loved this house and all the amenities! The management staff was great! Location was perfect. House was plenty big for my family.

A code was provided to enter property through front door but the code didn’t work. This was by design but was not communicated to us prior to our arrival. (The property owner did not want renters returning from the beach to enter through the front. Understandable.) All entry was through the back door. It also was not disclosed to us that there was construction happening next door. We did not like the fact that construction workers could watch us at the ‘private’ pool. Gas grill was rusty but the property manager replaced it with a new one the same day I reported the issue. Kitchen was well stocked but the dishwasher leaked. Floor had water damage. This house was convenient to the beach, but there were many issues. Property managers were always extremely courteous and were consistently helpful.

Outstanding 5 bedroom house with private bath for each bedroom. The house provides everything you could want plus the beds are incredibly comfortable. Close to beach yet not so close that you’re involved in the beach traffic. The managers are available 24/7 and I mean available. The house was immaculate and I recommend the home to all. I’m the grandmother and I had my son, his wife and their two teenaged kids. Pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, foosball and great tv. We had it all!

This is a well-equipped home with a great location and close beach access. Kids loved the pool. Large kitchen for our extended family and nicely supplied. We would definitely stay here again if possible.

My family had an amazing time at Villa Dolce!! The home and amenities were just as described! The hosts were so welcoming! The beach was just a short walk from the home. My niece loved the pool. We had an amazing week! This home is a great home to gather with family and friends to make lots of memories!

This house is spacious and has many positives. We loved the pool since it was great for small children. We also liked that each of the 5 bedrooms had their own bathroom. All of the rooms were nicely decorated. Probably the best thing was its location to the beach. It was just a short walk down the path and the entrance was just across 30A. It was so easy for the whole family.

We had a wonderful vacation. Property was exactly as described. Location is amazing. Will for sure be back.

We have been visiting the area for 20 years and this was our first time staying at this property, but hopefully it won’t be our last! The house has everything, literally everything you might need! We’ve stayed in some places that have 1-2 pots, a few utensils, and a spatula or two. This house has it all! The pool and hot tub are a perfect addition along with a gorgeous covered back porch where you can enjoy meals and put drinks in a full size fridge! The location is perfect, being right across the street from the beach and a little over a mile from Seaside. We rented bikes and almost never had to get in the car the whole week! The kids loved the shuffle board and foosball tables so much! They spent hours having fun competitions! The furniture in the unit was so nice and comfortable! Every room was perfect and it has the nicest beds of anywhere we’ve ever stayed! The owners are super attentive and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed! We loved this property and had a wonderful family trip!
