Stayed Feb 17, 2024We stayed here for 7 weeks from the end of February thru the first week in April. The owners have thought of just about everything! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, there are many towels, beach and bath, the pool area is great with several layout chairs and a table with chairs, the dock is great on the canal. The layout of the house is perfect with a large kitchen and living area in the middle, two bedrooms on one side and a master on the opposite side of the house. Both bathrooms are very nice. There is a large cooler and tall beach chairs provided, we like the lower beach chairs and did bring our own. Traffic is horrible at this time of year in Florida. It takes 30-40 minutes to drive to Fort Myers Beach from the house. Overall, we would highly recommend this house, we were very comfortable there!!! Almost forgot, property manager Dennis was the best!!!

Stayed Jan 1, 2024The home was better than pictured. Very clean and well decorated. The owner has added a lot of welcoming touches to each room. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and convenient. Property Management was responsive and a pleasure. We would have re-booked this home but someone had already reserved it. We really loved this rental

Stayed Jan 7, 2023I have nothing bad to say about this place it’s tasteful decorated well managed very clean and the views of the canal are incredible, very convenient location to many stores, restaurants, etc will definitely book again

Stayed Jul 10, 2021We enjoyed this house so much! The pool was amazing and kids had a blast. The dock was peaceful and we caught several types of fish and saw manatee on two occasions! This neighborhood was quiet and convenient to a grocery store. Would definitely stay here again!
