The villa is perfect for sporty travelers who love the ocean and its water sports, especially surfing. It is ideal for beach and wellness enthusiasts; thermal baths are a few hundred meters away, yoga classes are on the beach. Those who love golf and tennis will find their happiness with magnificent clubs less than 5 minutes away. Less than 3km away, gourmet and friendly halls, lively all year round, will make you enjoy the delights of the Basque region. In short, the house is the perfect starting point for a discovery of the Basque Country, between nature, culture and gastronomy!

The villa is recent, modern, and comfortable, all with a splendid design and taste. The combination of modernity and the choice of wood and natural materials make you feel immediately at ease with its zen and calm atmosphere. The villa is surrounded by a pretty, manicured garden with no vis-à-vis and with large wooden terraces and a heated swimming pool.

We enter the villa through the hall which opens directly onto a large living space with a kitchen, dining room and lounge area. The kitchen is delimited by bay windows, which you can close completely. In the modern and over-equipped kitchen, you will prepare your meals with pleasure and ease. Also you’ll have a little coffee sitting around the island with its stools. For real seated meals with friends or family, you can sit around the large marble table in the dining room. The fireplace separates the room between the dining area and the living area, which is on the other side with a few steps down for more privacy. Most of the bay windows open onto the terrace, on sunny days you can enjoy an indoor-outdoor lifestyle without limits. A large part of the terrace is covered and there is an outdoor lounge. And of course you can cool off or swim in the heated pool.

On the other side of the entrance hall, there is the first suite with its bathroom and direct access to the garden and swimming pool. The level is completed by the guest toilet.

Upstairs, we have a beautiful mezzanine where you can also enjoy a moment of relaxation comfortably installed in the office space. There are 3 bedrooms, including a magnificent suite with its dressing room and bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink.
