Newly built in 2023, Villa Delfin with pool is perfect for a vacation with family and friends who want to have a great time together in beautiful town Medulin. Villa is located only 200m from Mukalba Beach.

With its 180m2 living space and 200m2 outside space, the villa can accommodate up to 8 persons.
It has fully equipped kitchen with dining area as well as a bright and open living room furnished with great taste with direct access to the villa´s terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils, fridge+freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven and dishwasher.

Villa has four bedrooms, one on the lower floor, and three on the upper floor.
All bedrooms have double beds, air-condition, TV , its own bathroom and exit to the balcony.

Balcony has a partial see view.

The most beautiful part of this villa is definitely the 24 m² heated private pool - the ideal place to cool off, relax and enjoy the sun.

On disposal, guest also have:
Washing machine (in a laundry room), WiFi Internet, Beddings / Towels, three parking spots in house courtyard and a charcoal grill.
