Stayed Aug 29, 2025Overall this property is better than average, with room for improvement. The property is directly adjacent to one of (if not the most) busiest intersections in the Destin area which results in rather excessive noise at times. The walk to the beach is more than a couple of blocks, and there is no parking area to drop off anyone with physical challenges. Last, the pool is actually a plunge pool (approximately 6ft X 10 ft). None of these things can kill a good time, so we enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Jul 19, 2024Our family loved the place and location. The beach was in walking distance and the pool was a great size for the age of the children that came. A few issues were, the upstairs area was super hot and stayed hot. It seemed as though the AC was not working for the upstairs. There were some broken items already when our family arrived, (refrigerator part, washer/dryer door) I was worried we would be blamed so I took pictures just to be safe. The lights did go out only in the downstairs master bedroom which seemed odd, but came back on once we called the Rental office. Other than that, it was clean and loved the private studio master room.
