Stayed Oct 20, 2025The property is large and located in a nice neighborhood. Felt safe walking at any time of day. This particular property is in front of an RV park so that is what you see when you look out of the family room window or are in the back yard. The house was clean and having the golf cart available was a huge amenity. Kitchen was stocked with all the cooking essentials. There was an ample number of towels available and previous guests left some beach toys which was nice. We had a great week in Miramar Beach.

Stayed Sep 28, 2025Listing was exactly as pictured. Clean and great for a party of 11 who had ages ranging from 4-60 including one disabled child. Each level offered some privacy while the back patio was a great common area for us all to gather, chat, relax, and make memories. The walk to the beach was a little farther than we anticipated but the golf cart made up for it. We took a van for the wheel chair and the golf cart and the drive was maybe 3 min. We all had a blast and the area is great. We really enjoyed our family vacation here and made so many memories.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025This rental is everything you need or want. The location is perfect for the beach and all restaurants along with activities. The golf cart is a bonus! The kids had a amazing time did not have to worry about traffic at all. I give this rental 5 out of 5 stars for the cleanliness, location and amenities. I reported an internet issue and they were in 30 minutes and resolved the issue immediately. A must stay vacation rental!!!!

Stayed Sep 5, 2024The house was very nice, clean, and very modern. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very clean, spaced out, and had nice furniture. The only complaint was that the walk to the beach was a little further than expected.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I cannot say enough great things about this property. From the customer service, location, and amenities, it was top notch. The house was beautiful and just like described. The golf cart was a plus making it easy to get to and from the beach which was really just a couple of blocks away. I appreciate the constant communication throughout our stay and being able to ask questions and get a response in a reasonable time.
