Surrounded by gardens and green area the Villa has all the necessary amenities to have a memorable stay. Live an authentic experience in one of the first houses built in the quiet residential area of Vallpineda, only 3 km from the center of Sitges.

Vallpineda has 24h Security, Mini-Market, 2 sports centers, several Restaurants and Equestrian Center.

The Villa has 6 rooms with a maximum capacity of 22 people. 1 room on the ground floor with a double bed and a single bed, 4 rooms on the first floor - the main one with a hot tub, a large dressing room adapted for a single room with a capacity of up to 6 people; In addition to 2 triple rooms and 1 double room. On the upper floor we find a magnificent suite with 1 King size bed (1.80 m) and one single, and in the living room a sofa bed of 1.80m plus single bed.

Villa Caprici Sitges has 5 bathrooms scattered throughout the property, large terraces, magnificent well-equipped kitchen, large vaulted and bright dining room, impressive stately lounge with a recreational area- 50 ”TV, DVD with movies, games for children and adults and library- and a rest area, laundry area and a centennial natural stone cellar.

The Villa has different large and stately common areas:

Guest corner with fridge, water and complimentary tea on terrace floor 1.
The main living room has 50 television with cable television in several European languages available.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, safe and Sony Smart TV 40 ”TV
The house has a gas heating system.
Laundry area with washer and dryer (perfect for long stays)

HOUSEKEEPING
Final cleaning service: additional charge of € 200.-.

Stays from 1 week include:

• Stays of 1 week: 1 mid-week cleaning service
• Stays of 2 weeks: 2 cleaning services and 1 change of towels and sheets

We inform you that there is no cleaning service on Sundays and holidays. The cleaning service includes only common areas, not rooms; The kitchen and dishes are the responsibility of the guests.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

• Ckeck in: from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Villa Caprici. Arrivals after 9 pm additional charge of € 100.
• Check out: at 11 am at Villa Caprici

Early check-in and late check-out upon request and supplement; We always try if it is possible to do the best for our customers!

During the check-in time, a pre-authorization of € 1,500 will be requested and will be returned at the time of check-out, with prior review of the good condition of the Villa.

VILLA RULES

• Pets allowed on request and additional cost
• Suitable for smokers; smoking is not allowed in the rooms or in the common interior areas of the villa.

• The celebration of parties or events is not allowed: for celebrations inquiries contact the property

Additional charges:

• Tourist tax not included 0.90.- € per person and day (payment to be made on the day of arrival)
• Final cleaning fee: € 200.-
• Pets: € 100.- charge per stay
