Stayed Jun 10, 2023We had an amazing family vacation 2023! The property was awesome! Everyone had the greatest time, can't wait to revisit next summer! Management went above and beyond! The property was just as pictured and described. The outdoor/pool area is beautiful. There is nothing that they did not think of. We will be back!

Stayed Aug 20, 2022Overall good stay even with 4 of our 5 travelers getting sick. Typically the code to enter is given well in advance of our previous stays but contacted them the Wednesday before our Saturday check in and was given the code right away. It was nice since going in August that there were two air conditioning units to keep the property cool. Have read the other reviews but not sure exactly what the additional fee will be for electric since we didn't heat the pool. Have used VRBO multiple times and this is the first time additional electricity was a possible charge so this would determine if I ever stayed at another location with this charge. Did tell the gentleman at check-in the pool had been serviced 3 days prior but was already turning green in the corners and a service person was there at the beginning of the week to clean and shock the pool. We brought a boat so having a boat lift was something we definitely looked for in houses. The house was close to multiple stores and restaurants so easy to get anything you needed within minutes.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022Great place, the best thus far! Only recommendation I would make is to upgrade pillows immediately and mattresses when you can. Other than that, this place is top of the charts!
