Stayed Mar 25, 2024Great pool! Great communication with owner. Lovely welcome book was helpful with area recommendations. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Convenient to main road. However, not much within walking distance and on a small block for walking (I circled it 7 times one night!) unless you don't mind walking on the sidewalk of busy 45mph road. Although it's an older home, it has pretty upgrades. Plenty of towels and a well appointed kitchen! Great for a family. The room with bunks have mattresses for lightweight little kids, my full grown teenager was uncomfortable. The birdcage and roof are new, there were some shingles, nails and bits of metal in the yard. Owner said they would get it cleaned up.

Stayed Mar 8, 2024This is an excellent place to stay. Everyone in our group commented on how much they loved it. Its very well stocked and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms as well as pool towels. The pool was great with plenty of seating. Our host was great. A few days into the stay he reached out to make sure we were happy and didnt need anything. Its close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. Most trips to Fort Meyers took about 30 minutes, it just depended on traffic. We would highly recommend Boho Breeze!

Stayed Jan 7, 2024While we enjoyed the property and over all it was beautiful, we have some safety concerns that affected our overall experience we feel need to be addressed. The beds and sheets were nice, board games, and thoughtful details like the pool toys we are a nice touch. It was a lovely home and care has been taken with decoration and comfort in the living areas and bedrooms. We did miss a whole day of swimming because the pool was ice cold when we arrived, but owners resolved as soon as possible. Safety Concerns; * There are many sharp screws around the exterior of the pool area posing a safety hazard, our children could not play freely in the yard without us fearing a punctured foot. Most likely where the old Lanai was attached to the pavers. *There is no pool fence or safety feature at the property (no alarm or gate) apart from a 'child lock' on the top of the sliding doors to the back yard/pool area. *A closet door unexpectedly fell off the hinges in the kids bedroom and injured our 2-year old. It was used only minimally for kids to store clothing, and not abused in any way. *The bedroom off the kitchen has a door that doesn't shut due to the latch not lining up, making privacy impossible, and noise an inconvenience being the main living space. Several bedroom doors didn't have working locks. *The BBQ doesn't work and owners said they would look into it and never resolved the issue. We shared our concerns with the property owner after our stay and didn't get any response.

Stayed Dec 26, 2023The house was well laid out for 2 families. It had a great balance of shared space and privacy. Home was stocked with everything we needed; plenty of toiletries, kitchen, pantry items and towels. Had a great time and would highly recommend!
