Villa 500 meters from the sea with private saltwater pool in Meia Praia

The villa was beautifully appointed and felt authentically Portugese. The location was fabulous… a short walk to the Marina, Old Town and a beautiful long sandy beach. The villa was spacious and very comfortable. The salt water pool was a bonus. A very relaxing space. We even did a yoga session on the roof top terrace. Maria our host was very welcoming and communication with her was easy at every stage. We all highly recommend this property and would definitely book it again.

Lovely stay close to beach, marina and town all walking distance. Good size bedrooms, lounge and kitchen which had everything we needed to prepare meals. Pool was a life safer as it was so hot when we visited and unfortunately no air con which is definitely needed in the summer months. The only downside was the amount of building work going on when we stayed but that does not take away from the lovely property

We (two couples) stayed at this house for two weeks in April. The house was spacious and well furnished and we really enjoyed the patio on sunny days. We would have appreciated a few more basics in the kitchen (salt and pepper, dish washer soap) but the house met all of our needs. The house is in a great location, very close to the beautiful Meia Praia beach and extensive board walk along the beach. The Lagos waterfront, a variety of restaurants and a supermarket are all a short drive or Uber ride away. I would definitely recommend this house for a vacation!

Villa had all the facilities you would need to make the villa a home from home. Public transport was easily accessible, with a bus stop (No 2 line) to Lagos centre and to Praia da Ana etc.Host was very helpful and always on hand if needed. hand if needed

Everything was perfect and the house was just as described. We highly recommend spending your holiday at eugenias house!

We enjoyed our stay. It was easy to walk to the beach and a short drive into town. Very quiet. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated and the kitchen has the tools you need for cooking. We called the decor grandma's house. It worked well just a little worn and outdated.

Very nice villa in a quiet area, within walking distance of Lagos. The property is as advertised in the listing, and Eugenia was great to deal with. We were met by her mom, who lives several units over in the same development. Stayed there in early Feb 2024, and we were probably the first guests for a while, because there were limited basics in the house (things like extra toilet paper, salt and pepper, garbage bags etc that usually accumulate when a place is in use). Also, it was a bit damp and cold for the first day or two as we opened it up and got some air and heat through the place. It warmed up and dried out with use. The back door to the rooftop deck was quite swollen and hard to open and close, but again, probably a result of winter dampness and lack of recent usage. Beds are comfortable, covers and blankets great, fireplace quite functional, and in general a lovely space to hang for a week. We cooked several meals in in the kitchen, and all worked as intended. Also had a couple of lovely barbecues on the fabulous built-in charcoal pit beside the pool. Nice feature. The temps were 13 at night, up to 22 during the day on the back deck area - which is a really nice sun trap on sunny days - gets quite warm. We swam in the pool twice, but it really was a bit cool given the air temps at that time of year. not a criticism at all - it was not advertised as heated and we didn't expect it to be, so all good there too. A very nice property for families.

This villa is really a dream. We loved the pool (the pool boy comes every week to keep it clean) and the small garden. A further highlight was the sun terrace. This nice luxury villa is really fully equipped - you only need clothes and good mood and you will have a lot of fun. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. All rooms are very large and comfortable- the living room is even huge. The villa is very close to the Meia Praia. We were happy and can highly recommend this villa.

Our family of 4 had a lovely stay at this villa. The location is perfect, it’s quiet but you can access everything easily on foot. It’s about 10/15 mins to the Marina and beach, or you can walk further and cross the bridge over to the old town where there are lots and lots of lovely restaurants and bars, this is about 20/25 mins. The villa is well kitted out with lots useful items - plenty of bedding, extra pillows, clothes hangers, glasses, Tupperware , hair dryer, literally every item you could need. It was nice and clean. The outdoor area is really nice and the pool is lovely. We cooked and ate in sometimes, there is plenty of space to dine outside and a good BBQ. There is a rooftop with nice views for an evening drink. Euginia was a fantastic host, really helpful and pleasant.

We had a really nice week staying at this villa. The pool was perfect, the house is beautifully renovated not long ago and really clean. Special mention to our hosts who were very responsive whenever we had a question! Would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday
