This home offers the perfect balance of easy access to West Hollywood and the Sunset Strip with the tranquility and privacy of the Hollywood Hills. 5 minute walk to Sunset Blvd. Gated entrance to the property. The balcony, porch, and back yard all have total privacy from the neighbors. Large balcony off the living area with views of mountains, Century City, and even the ocean on a clear day. Great layout for entertaining.

Balcony with incredible view, patio with fire pit, and back yard as part of the property. Short walk to Sunset Blvd and West Hollywood. You will not need a car, but there is plenty of garage and street parking in case you decide to have a car. The garage is small and will fit two standard SUV's, but larger 7 passenger SUV's will not fit in the garage and must be parked either in the small driveway or on the street.

The house is two stories. The gated entry allows access to the front porch with the fire pit and the front door to the house. This level includes the living room, dinning room, kitchen, and balcony. The lower level includes the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are interior stairs connecting the two floors. The back yard is accessed via a stairway outside that is connected to the kitchen.

There is a one bedroom guest house on the property with a separate entrance through the back yard. The owner stays at the guest house typically one night per week due to business travels.

    Beautiful views, great location, terrific light throughout the day. Excellent host who responds quickly to all questions. Most of the home is as described. However, several areas could use refreshing such as the front patio. The back deck was lovely, and had beautiful views. The entire house felt very private, even though it was in a populated neighborhood. The house felt very spacious.

    House was amazing, great location, great views, house is on the older side so could use some upgrades and a few more amenities such as a Keurig machine, nicer pillows but not the end of the world. Besides all the rain, all in all was a nice getaway. Owner was great and met all of our needs.

    We love this house for our family. Walkable for restaurants, not so hard to drive to our daughter at USC or to visit friends in Malibu. We love the view too. We will be back!!!

    Location and view were wonderful. Be aware that house can only accommodate one car easily. Street parking is difficult for an extra medium size car.

    We were visiting our daughter at USC over Thanksgiving week. This was a perfect spot for us (we weren’t trying to be near USC). Beautiful view from the balcony, close to Sunset and walkable to restaurants. Kitchen sufficient for cooking our thanksgiving dinner. And Michael was very responsive and helpful. We hope to be back here again.

    This house had everything we needed. It was clean with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and great water pressure. I had a few questions and Michael was very responsive. All in all, a great trip to LA.
