Stayed Jul 26, 2025Every year or so we plan a multigenerational family vacation. This property fit all our needs and Tony was always available with questions, etc. We brought our 16 foot boat and the kids enjoyed tubing! The swim deck and boat dock were super convenient. The pond was bigger than we anticipated and enjoyed kayaking and all water activities.The property is not too far from North Conway NH and Naples ME, so there were always things to do. We enjoyed hiking near by ay Bald Pate Reserve as well as walking through Pond Cherri Park.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025This was the third consecutive year my wife, twin college-age sons and I have stayed at this home. It is spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful deck overlooking Moose Pond and a nice waterfront for boating (which we don't do ) and swimming. Tony is very responsive, from the beginning of the reservation process until the end of our stay. The house is clean and well-kept. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Stayed Jul 6, 2024We returned to this home again this summer after staying for the first time last summer. We enjoyed our stay so much last year that we extended for a second week this year. The home is comfortable and roomy (there were four of us) with a nice waterfront/swimming area and large deck with a beautiful view overlooking Moose Pond. Tony, the owner, is very accessible and responsive if there are any questions. .

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Our vacation was great! The house was clean, well stocked and was a great set up for kids in the basement! Our family enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board. We also enjoyed the surrounding area- with food trucks and ice cream shops close by! We will definitely be back.

Stayed Feb 9, 202410/10 experience! Communication with the owner was easy, and the house was even better in person. Tons of space which we appreciated with young kids. Pleasant Mountain is the perfect mountain for families. Can’t wait to visit again!

Stayed Aug 5, 2023My family and extended family (11 total, including 5 kids) were all able to stay in the lake house together. The bedrooms were spacious. the main living/kitchen/dining area was large enough to seat all of us and had great views. It was amazing to be so close to the water with kayaks and have a private dock. We took full advantage and rented a boat for the week. Nearby trail hiking was very convenient. Downtown Bridgton was only 10 mins away which made getting supplies and food a fun short trip.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023My wife and I spent an enjoyable, relaxing week at this home. It has comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces, and a beautiful view from the deck. The waterfront is well-suited for swimming. Convenient to Bridgton and Naples, we had good meals at several local restaurants. There wasn't anything we needed that the house didn't have. And the house can certainly accommodate more than the two of us who were there this week. We would definitely rent this home again.
