Lawn was great to play games on.There was no A/C in the downstairs twin room and the windows and window sills could use repair or an upgrade.

The only problem is the sink in the upstairs bedroom does not drain well at all... But besides that everything was excellent

The windows/sills all need a good cleaning. The stove is on its last legs. The pots and pans need an upgrade. The curtains in the upstairs master are full of mold. The upstairs master window air conditioner is not closed in so lots of bugs get in. The new upstairs deck is a tripping hazard. As you exit the room onto the deck, there is a lower area which is not obvious until you trip. The new outdoor table is too small for 8 people.

Our kids love the river and jumping off the jetty and at high tide. We were excited to see that the living room has been upgraded and it looks great. It will continue to be our favorite spot on the Cape.

Home was close to the water so you could actuallyhead to the beach in the morning walk home for lunch then head out for an afternoon at the beach. No driving necessary!!
