Loved the view from this house. We could see hikers at the top of coffee pot mountain. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and baking and feeding a family of 6. The location was perfect, close to grocery store, pickleball courts and Starbucks. Hot tub was a plus when star gazing from the patio. Loved this home.

The house was exactly as pictured. It was clean, spacious, & easy to access local areas. The host was great & answered all our questions in a timely manner. We had a wonderful stay.

This was the most peaceful house that we have stayed in after traveling all over the country. The backyard is completely private with a great view of the mountains. Very convenient to activities. I would definitely return.

What a wonderful home. We completely enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful - just like the photos. The beds are very comfortable. Plenty of room to eat, relax, etc. We were even able to enjoy the back patio and hot tub. If we returned to Sedona we would definitely want to stay here again.

The home was incredibly comfortable. Every single thing someone may need was in the kitchen. Lots of couch blankets, extra linens and such comfortable beds. The neighborhood was very quiet and pretty. I kept telling my family that I didn’t want to leave! The hot tub was very clean and inviting. But the view….. oh the view…. Spectacular from your bed in the morning to the outdoor space…. So perfect. This is the BEST VRBO I have ever rented. Location to the town of Sedona so convenient. We brought my two granddaughters to AZ to see the sights and have been so happy to stay in this beautiful home! Will hope to stay again!!!

This house was total perfection! The house itself was beautifully furnished, spacious, pristine and located in beautiful and serene West Sedona, but a few minute drive to all the restaurants, shops, bars and activities that this gorgeous town has to offer. We were a family of six, and everyone loved this house! We hiked long trails everyday, so the backyard, hot tub and fire pit were appreciated every evening. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were great, and the red rock views were amazing. I cannot recommend this home enough, and we would love to return one day!

The house is a few streets away from the main drag of Sedona – close enough to grocery stores and restaurants to be convenient, and far enough to be peaceful and quiet. The mattresses in the bedrooms were comfortable. We appreciated the nice master bathroom, as well as the little office nook for doing some work.

Enjoyed the decor, comfort, cleanliness and spaciousness of the property. It was just as the pictures showed!

Sedona is a pretty amazing place. This house nestled in a nice little neighborhood and was a perfect location for our stay there. With red rock views and well appointed spaces you will not be disappointed.

I just spent 5 days at this property. It is as close to perfect as I have ever experienced. The accomodations are first class and the property is cared for in every aspect. Tje property management company was responsive and helpful and made everything easy. If youre looking for a property in Sedona, I highly recommend. God bless!!!

Our family of four adults had an excellent time. The house and yard are spacious, neighborhood quiet, and West Sedona is removed from the crowds of Sedona, which we appreciated.

We came to celebrate my 70th birthday and could not have found a more perfect home and location for the event. This property had it all. Just as advertised. I highly recommend this home for a delightful stay. Sedona is beautiful.

Wow, just a wonderful home! The house was just perfect for us. The layout is welcoming, super clean, every aspect was super well maintained, lovely decor, landscaping beautiful, views are stunning, all the lights are labeled, and location is just so central to everything in Sedona! Can’t wait to return. Out of all my VRBO rentals, this is by far the best! So grateful!!!

We spent a week at this property with our two boys and my parents. This house was perfect for every aspect -- so beautiful and quiet neighborhood, quick to access hiking trails and very close to shops and grocery stores that are not overcrowded with tourists. Our two sons enjoyed their daily short bike ride to Posse Ground for swimming, basketball, bike park, and tennis ( despite the intense heat!). Our parents loved their walk around the neighborhood. This house was so comfortable and spacious for six of us staying. It was super-clean and everything was very well organized. We will definitely stay here again.
