Views!!! New Hot Tub; Across from Beach Path; 2-Master Suites; Open layout

The views are amazing, beds are cozy, lots of space for reading, puzzles, and games. Deck was big enough for four of us to do yoga. Easy walk to beach. House very clean. Communication with host was great. Awesome!

Our group of eight, forty year friends, had a perfect New Years four day getaway. The house was fully equipped, everything worked, the house manuals were accurate and complete and the view well just come and see for yourself.

Great host. Beautiful Views! Wifi was scetchy and cell service was bad but that has nothing to do with this rental and more to do with its coastal location. Overall, it was great!

Very comfortable home with great ocean and green views! Peaceful and quiet area. Loved the walks to the beach and family time. The home was well stocked with kitchen items as well as toiletries, even had ice ready for our arrival. Owners were very helpful and gave great information in their welcome packet.

Our third family stay at this wonderful property. Excellent locatio, sea views; generously and thoughfully provisioned with all the essentials plus! Very clean; comfy beds and furniture; well equipped kitchen. Every game imaginable for terrific and memorable family evenings. Beach toys, ping pong! It's all there. Couple all of this with an excellent and very communicative host/owner, and it makes for a terrific, care free stay. Can't wait to do it again!

Loved the place

Just got back yesterday from a short 4 night stay & we’re already wishing we could go back. Went with my family of 3 and our friends (family of 5), there was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The dining table was the perfect size. (A little tight in space btwn the table & wall or walkway, but the overall size was great for all of us to sit for meals.) We really enjoyed our stay at Gull Harbour. The house was well equipped, clean and spacious and perfect for our party of 7. We will definitely have it on our list for another stay.

We just got back from an amazing stay at this Bodega Bay home. It was so clean, the beds are clean and comfortable, 3 bathrooms were great! The ocean views are amazing from inside the house! There's a path, across the street, to the beach. It's a short walk. I loved the little touches, like Make-up wash clothes, little paper cups in the bathroom, fans in the bedrooms were awesome for helping us sleep, labels everywhere, so you know where things are, a bag of coffee sure came in handy. AND the Super Mario Nintendo game was a HIT!! My adult kids are experts at the game and taught our 5-year-old granddaughter how to play. We spent a lot of time in the garage with the garage door open to see the ocean and feel the breeze. I played ping pong with my daughter-in-law, granddaughter, and son-in-law for a long time. There is everything you need to cook. It's not a huge kitchen, but we did fine with 7 people. It's a big dining table, so we all fit. There was a shower pad for the hallway shower that was slippery, & games in the closet. We spent a lot of time at the beach. And my new pilot son loved the pilot magazines! What a great 4 days! There is a flight of stairs to get up into the home after you get inside the front door. This was no problem for us. Its carpeted and easy to get up the stairs, unless you are elderly, or disabled. 5 Star review for sure :)

We were impressed by how well-equipped the house was - everything from kitchen needs to beach toys and games. Our granddaughters loved that we only had a short walk to get to the beach, since they wanted to go every day.
