Stayed Mar 8, 2025Although this house is nice and big, and perfect for a large family gathering, it is in need of some TLC and cleaning. The views of the lake were beautiful and the sunsets were spectacular! The patio was wonderful with a nice BBQ area! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group of 9 adults. The mgmt. team was very quick to respond to our messages, but didn’t always fix the issues. The hot tub, which was one of the reasons we booked this place, never got hot – only bathtub temp – even after 7 hours of running. At least we could sit in it, but not what we were hoping for. (Thankfully we didn't pay extra for the pool - it would never have gotten warm). The TVs in the bedrooms did not work because of low Wi-Fi strength and bad/dead remotes. There is a large TV in the living room, but no cable/satellite service, so you need your own streaming service. We were with nine people, but, although we asked, were not provided with enough wash clothes (only 6 – told that was adequate), so we had to go buy some. There were some major cleaning issues that we took care of ourselves (shouldn’t be our job). They did send someone for another cleaning issue that we didn't tackle. Although these may not be game changers for renting, all these issues did put a damper on our “first time” family vacation. Apparently no one checks the house routinely for maintenance issues, as the issues we had were all quite obvious.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025This place had amazing views and amazing amenities. They have thought of everything you may need for your stay. It’s very clean and in a very safe area. Would highly recommend to stay here and I hope to stay there again soon. Very easy communicating with the host as well.

Stayed Jul 2, 2024House is absolutely gorgeous perfect for a couple families or two or three couples. Beautiful view, great yard for barbecuing and entertaining. Definitely worth the short drive up the hill if you have a large family or group this is the house for you.

Stayed Jul 27, 2023Very nice property- house is divided into two sections, the main with three bedrooms, kitchen and living room, and the separate casita with two bedrooms. Nicely decorated, great kitchen- we cooked all of our meals and it was easy to work in, which is a pleasant surprise in an unfamiliar place. Very comfortable, great hosts. Best of all Beautiful sunsets!
