VIEWS! Incredible views from this brand new 5 bedroom home in Santa Rosa Beach!

Beautiful home and nice amenities. Perfect for all of us!

The property is amazing. We needed a 5 bedroom house, and this one more than met our needs. The view from the 3rd floor porch was beyond amazing. The property throughout was incredibly luxurious. The host was a great communicator from the outset. We have stayed in multiple houses in this neighborhood over the years, this was by far the best. The pool, hot tub, and work out facilities are second to none. Because the neighborhood is a modest size the facilities are never busy. You really feel like this is your house, your pool, your neighborhood. Did I mention the elevator. It was used often as we had a couple people over 70 years old.

Beautifully decorated home with amazing gulf views overlooking the Topsil forest. Deer grazing in the back yard, osprey and bald eagles and occasional dolphins in the gulf! Gated community which was quiet and short walk to the pool. We would highly recommend and hope to return in the future. The owners were excellent to work with and could not have been more responsive.

Our family had an awesome time enjoying this home with its amazing views and all of the things to do close by! Such a beautiful, clean home and the owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to go back again!

The property exceeded our expectations and the view was gorgeous. I can’t say enough good things about the hosts. They promptly addressed our minor issues and were very helpful. We will definitely be back.

This was an amazing house, host, neighborhood, and location. Every deal was included. We used the beach chairs, bikes and boogie boards. The kids loved riding the bikes to the beach. The pool was quiet and only a few houses down. The kitchen had everything we needed including Tupperware for us to keep our leftovers and fresh cut fruit fresh. The coffee bar was great! My Dad loved grinding his own beans every morning while I enjoyed the k cups. Our host was amazing and answered all of our questions right away. Her recommendation of the Bishop road beach entrance was exactly what we needed to feel like we had the place to ourselves. That beach is much different than the crowded ones down the road. We will definitely be back!

Everything about the property was wonderful!

The home had a beautiful view and was peaceful and tranquil. My family enjoyed the spacious and sparkling clean environment. We loved the open space where we could gather, and the home was well-stocked. We also appreciated the provided bikes and beach chairs. Additionally, the pool was gorgeous, and so was the neighborhood.

Just a perfect spot for a family get away! This property and owner makes you feel right at home. From the bikes to the perfect morning coffee bar there is not a detail missed. We can’t wait to come back!

5 stars! Kristie and her husband were outstanding hosts and this property is an excellent choice if you're looking for a quieter stay for your family and yet have amazing ocean views. We love Cypress Dunes because of the pool and overall vibe -- NOT a party destination but lots of families who are renting and others who own but are very friendly as long as you aren't looking to party. We loved that this home came with some of the basics that helps out families like ours enjoy our stress-free vacation... things like bunk beds, beach chairs, sand toys, tennis rackets, bikes, many TV's, etc. We would love to come back in future years!
