Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This well thought out vacation home is beautifully situated surrounded by a marshes and at the head of the West Dennis pubic beach. The house is well maintained with three bedrooms on the first floor (one is really for kids) and the main speacious living area and master bedroom on the second floor, allowing for gorgeous views. The house is well equipped, and the beds are comfortable (with the exception of one of the trundle beds). Even with a mostly rainy few weeks :(, being in this lovely beach home and near activities made for a relaxing time.

The house offers a great layout for a family or group, well-designed for sharing as well as privacy. Clean and modern interior, nicely furnished, great natural light. Just off the beach.

Right away they were replaced and we very much appreciated that prompt action. The home is a wonderful place to spend time visiting with family and friends. This was our fourth year renting and we always have a great time. The nearby restaurant choices are very good as we tried quite a few.

The house is beautiful and has a well stocked kitchen. We all loved our stay and look forward to next year!
