View Ridge resort-like modern urban haven

Our stay at this property was truly spectacular. Vivian and her team provided exceptional hospitality and were incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. The home was impeccably clean and offered a generous amount of space for our large group. The property's location was very convenient, being close to SCH and local grocery stores. We would highly recommend this property to everyone.

As a first-time VRBO user, I was a little nervous about it, but I really couldn’t have picked a better rental. Our host, Vivian, was very welcoming and answered all our questions quickly. She even left us a box of Top Pot Donuts to try when we arrived. She gave us all kinds of recommendations for things to do and places to eat near the house as we had never been to Seattle before. This beautiful house is located close to the main city, but just far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. The street is very quiet and peaceful. Anything we could possibly need was fully stocked in the house. We just bought some groceries and we were good to go! It was so convenient and the whole house is basically a smart house. Honestly, I was so sad to leave it. I highly recommend this property and working with Vivian if you’re going to Seattle with a big family!

Let me start by saying this was the nicest VRBO we have stayed at to date. The best way to say it was, there was so much EXTRA in this house. From the high end appliances, every possible kitchen item, the back yard was unreal. It was a great place to retreat at the end of the day and gather with friends. The heated floors in the bathrooms, high end fixtures in the bathroom, as well as all of the toiletries just in case you forgot them on your travel. As I said, it was EXTRA, and it was GREAT!!! I would stay here again and so would our entire group of 8 that stayed this past week. Vivian was an excellent host checking in on us to make sure everything was up to standard, and it was. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property!

We’ve stayed in vrbos from Nashville to Hawaii. This is one of our favorites. Peaceful, clean, great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Very well stocked home for family getaways

Wonderful experience in every way

We had a wonderful and lovely time. Check-in, kitchen facilities, Wi-Fi and transport access was smooth.

We stayed 5 nights at this beautiful home. House and gardens are meticulously clean and very well equipped, with outdoor furniture, a large outdoor table and barbecue, a deck, huge kitchen with every amenity, and super-clean, modern, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms throughout. A real gem. A short walk to PCC Market and a park with playground equipment and a tennis court.

Our family stayed at this gorgeous home for graduation at UW. Everyone raved about the house-it had everything you could want and some things you didn't know you needed! From the heated bathroom floors to the fun foosball table to the amazing yard and gourmet kitchen-we didn't want to leave! The home was walkable to a local market and some quaint eateries and just a stone's throw from UW and University Village. After being spoiled here, I don't think we'd be happy staying anywhere else in Seattle. Just book it-you won't regret it!

Thanks for an amazing stay at the View Ridge house! We enjoyed daily walks in the beautiful neighborhood and the yard was an unexpected bonus! Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Modern with great amenities and a kitchen that had everything we could ever need. I hope to stay again and would highly recommend your home. It greatly exceeded all of our expectations.

Probably the best stay!

This immaculate home was perfect for our family gathering, the first meeting of new babies (3 and 4 mos.), their parents and grandparents! The well-stocked kitchen, outdoor patio, gathering areas, and baby gear all made our stay both comfortable and fun. Vivian, our host, was very responsive providing information, recommendations and easy communication. Many thanks for making our stay such a pleasurable experience!

What a wonderful home! The house has a great layout and is stocked with just about everything you would need/want for a great get away. The children's books and toys were a great way to keep our 3 year old grandson entertained. The house was beyond our best expectations and would absolutely look to stay at this great home again.

In a word: comfortable. Everything was perfect. Huge TV, comfortable beds and bedding, easy climate control, tons of kitchen ware, easy outdoor dining and spacious indoor dining area, very responsive host, short driving distances to attractions, quiet neighborhood.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The home was in a great location, very clean with a well- stocked kitchen. One day the ice maker wasn’t making ice and the owner dropped off 2 bags of ice and explained how to reset the ice maker. Very accommodating!
