I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was GREAT! VRC was fantastic! They were exceptionally accommodating.......I only made a few suggestions when I first arrived and within days those suggestions became a reality......I truly was not expecting that!!! Highly recommend this property!

Stayed Jan 28, 2020Dawson House is a well constructed home with much attention to detail and it is as nice as the pictures advertising it. The well equipped kitchen is a joy for cooking. The bathrooms are warm and well appointed. The beds are comfy. The lighting throughout the home is terrific!

I was the first person to rent this when it was first remodeled, It is a very easy to get any where in town and you do not have to drive any where if you do not want too. It is very nice on the inside, but it has 17 steps to gt to the bedrooms up stairs. Not bad though.
