The host was very response and helpful. The cabin did have a Christmas tree as promised. The location was beautiful. The only issue we had was with the hot water running out, so there were a few days when members in our party did not enjoy a hot shower; however this was remedied for our last day, thanks to a reply from the host. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Upon arrival we found that all of the balcony doors were unlocked, the upstairs window was open, and the cabin was not clean. The floors were sticky, the bedding on the upstairs bed was soured, the blankets smelled of urine in the basement (I had to rewash all of them), and the washer had mold in it (STILL, this is mentioned in another review). I did not reach out to the owner as I washed the bedding and just wanted enjoy the weekend with my family. It has now been two days since we checked out and we were contacted by an inspector who is falsely accusing us of vomit in the hot tub and breaking the downstairs bed. I checked with the rest of my group and those who stayed in that room said that it had sagged but they hadn’t told me about it and no one vomitted in the tub. I told the inspector this but they are going to try to charge me anyway. I have rented many properties with vrbo and have never had any issues until now. I took a closer look at all reviews for this property and found that others have been accused of these exact same issues, with at least one having already been charged for the same (downstairs) broken bed. Please look at the lower rated reviews and take these seriously. I now know that these were not just bad guests complaining without cause. If you rent this property, I suggest you take out the damage insurance to protect yourself. See reviews dated 3/30/25, 2/24/24, 2/2/24, and 8/1/21.

The house was exactly as the pictures. Each floor has a bedroom and bathroom which was nice to be spread out. It was close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We did see a couple bears in the woods behind the house. I will say the house was not as clean as it should be. I did reach out about a dirty bed and we basically had to fix the issue myself. Which casued the other family that was staying in that room to leave early because they were not happy with the cleanliness of the property. The cleaner came and put sheets in the washer which was filled with mold that we did not want to use. I also talked with the home owner and never got an apology. They stated they were aware that they need a deeper clean on the cabin. Other then the clealiness on the cabin we had a quick great trip.

Stayed 4 days in this cabin for my 9 year olds birthday, he was super excited about the pool table and arcade games! The cabin is beautiful inside and out! The location is great, very secluded but only a short trip to either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge for activities. The owner was very responsive each time I contacted her with questions, you can tell they take pride in providing great service. Our family plans on taking another vacation soon and will be reserving this cabin again!

The cabin was as described, clean and decorated nicely. Property manager answered my questions immediately. Would definitely recommend staying in this cabin if you want a relaxing Wonderful vacation!!!

Nice spacious and homey

The bedroom and bathroom number were perfect for us and two 17 year olds. The house was located in a great location close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I would definitely recommend to a family for a vacation stay.
