Stayed Feb 19, 2025We stayed 35 days. We had a wonderful time. Our favorite was the backyard covered patio. The property was centrally located to spring training baseball games, restaurants and hiking trails. A beautiful walking and biking park is close by. The use of the garage is also a bonus. Felicia was a great host and very attentive. We hope to be back next year.

Stayed Mar 23, 2024The house is very nice and the pictures do a good job detailing the property. It is located in a very nice area, close to many attractions such as zoo, botanical gardens, downtown Scottsdale, ASU, etc.. Property owner was very easy to get ahold of and very helpful. Overall, great house and great owner.

Stayed Mar 6, 2024Stayed 5 nights with 2 adult family members for a wedding in Scottsdale. PROS: Location had convenient access to stores and freeways. Having full use of a garage was a definite plus for security purposes. Spacious kitchen and comfortable beds in large bedrooms. Being from a wet climate it was nice to sit outside on the covered patio. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathtub mats were provided when asked. CONS: the dining table was very small and had only 3 chairs and the cleaning wasn’t what was promised “thoroughly cleaned”(a ton of hair in the sink along the rim, crumbs in the microwave, two out of the only three hand towels were grossly stained, the floors left our feet extremely dirty after just a few minutes, and another symptom of lack of cleaning was heavy lint in the dryer lint catcher (fire hazard)).

Stayed Nov 19, 2023The hostess was the most wonderful person. She takes care of you and any issues, like a mom would. She made me feel at home. House is new and the back yard was my favorite place. Plenty of items you need and if not. She will provide them. It was a pleasurable, relaxing time. Neighborhood was nice to walk and the park was lovely. Police station a block away. Plenty of food options on Scottsdale Rd. Downtown Tempe was 7 min away. Scottsdale shopping was 12 min away. Airport 12 min away. Lots of options.
